According to "Consciousness and Attitude" of Standard for Teachers' Skill of Applied Educational Technology in Secondary and Elementary School (ETS) , this dissertation aims at researching on designing of intervention activities systematically and fully from theory and practice perspectives, which is based on background of ETS and the platform of educational technology skill training of Teacher Educational Technology Skill-Building Project.The author sums up the existing problems of neglecting "Consciousness and Attitude" in current training on the basis of ETS' s analysis. With the help of theories, the author defines intervention activities and comes to the conclusion that they are beneficial to the cultivation of "Consciousness and Attitude". This paper discusses such issues as elements, designing mechanism, structure model and strategies of intervention activity. Meanwhile, the author also puts forward an applied model of intervention, which purposes to pron(?)ote teachers to apply what they have learned in the training process to their teaching behavior. Consequently, "Consciousness and Attitude" will be indirectly revealed, which reaches the goal of the ETS.In the practical part, this paper exploits intervention activities carried out in the primary and intermediate-level training of education technology, focusing on the practice effectiveness and then analyzes and processes first-hand data, tries it best to give scientific conclusions. The findings are: intervention activities have maneuverability and validity in practice , teachers who have participated in training appreciate it highly, intervention activities are in favor of the cultivation of "Consciousness and Attitude".
