Research On The Ideological And Political Education Effectiveness Of College Students By Theory Of Needs

Facing the21th century, globalization is sweeping the globe with unprecedented speed Collage students’attitude about life, values and lifestyle needs is undergoing profound changes. Our country is in a new era of building a moderately prosperous society, so the ideological and political education is on the way.Now, in the new environment, it’s particularly important for us to build college students to construct the country. Therefore, combining the actual situation of ideological and political education, analysis of the college students needs in order to explore the way to increase the ideological and political education to become an important issue in the current work.This article draw on the disciplines of philosophy, psychology, education, research, and use many methods to a research students needs and their ideological and political education to increase the ideological and political education. The article in three aspects of political education of lack of effectiveness analysis, was to improve the ideological and political education of the effectiveness of countermeasures.The first part of the paper summarized in need of theory. First it analyzed the various disciplines, the definition of needs theory. Second, it introduces the need of five characteristics:objective, contact, object, social, complexity level and conditionality. Concluded that involved three need the results of theoretical studies, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Marx, Engels need theory and the main theoretical studies.The second part of the system for the relationship between college students need and ideological and political education effectiveness. First, the definition of ideological and political education as defined, then analytical understanding it of this special group of college students from whole perspective. Followed on the need for theory and ideological and political education of the effectiveness of fit that need theory to provide theoretical support for it. The improvement of the effectiveness to promote the development of the theory for college students.The third part is Survey and Analysis college students needs. In this section, the author based on Xiting Huang college students need to structure the questionnaire, by five categories of needs-living, security, esteem, exchanges and the self-development, to analyze the data, and pointed out that college students need to present situation and the formation of the status quo, and increased in the new era in the context of ideological and political direction of the work of educational effectiveness.The fourth part analyzes the performance of students’ ideological and political education effectiveness missing. First of all, through the analysis, manifested in the lack of ideals and beliefs, resulting in a crisis of faith, moral orientation contradiction, college students know that the line is difficult to unify the three main areas. Secondly, by analysis of the ideological and political education component to find the reasons of effectiveness, by the root of the Ideological and Political Education to provide power.The fifth part to propose to countermeasures. First is for the basic needs of the students, carrying out the university psychological counseling, organizing of cultural activities on campus, respecting for education and other measures; Second is for college students self-development needs, optimizing the educational environment and innovating training model to meet the students self-development, achieving the ultimate goal of the ideological and political education.Hope that through this article, a more profound understanding of the ideological and political education must be people-oriented philosophy, science and objective to get to know the external and internal needs of the college students to meet college students a variety of needs-based, to meet college students self-development for the purpose to improve the the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
