In the21st century, the world has been developing the trend of diversification. Facingthe impact of Western culture, the question of how to guide students in colleges to establisha correct attitude on life, values, and ethics has to be carefully studied and addressed. Howto conduct ethical education and activities according to the characteristics of the physicaland mental development of college students and the trend in their ideological developmentis directly related to the quality of education. Students in art as a special group of students,how to effectively carry out ethical education on the basis of their characters is animportant issue for the college ethical educators. In recent years, ethical educationresearchers carried out a series of studies on ethical education, in which the importance ofthe art students’ ethical education has also attracted wide attention. However, existingresearch is not systematic, and it has a wide scope but little depth. In this essay the authorattempts to utilize work experience in the ethical education of art students, on the basis ofthe precedent research, employ the method of research survey of education and the methodof literature search to investigate the current art students and understand their characters.Therefore, in combination with the current situation and existing problems in ethicaleducation, effective methods can be put forward to improve the current situation of ethicaleducation. Preliminary exploration in this work can provide useful help for the furtherstudy and yield effective ideas and methods for the ethical education of art students.
