| As China’s social and economic development, higher education has also been vigorous development of that society with senior personnel as the main function of universities is also facing new challenges, independent college of higher education in the mitigation of insufficient resources and improve the enrollment rate of college enrollment has played a significant role.However, with the rapid development of independent colleges, education, management education, management of requests have become more sophisticated, educational managers in work and life of the increasing pressure, which led to the case of burnout. And burnout caused by work attitude, ability to work, work efficiency, etc. are directly or indirectly affect the teachers and the children’s psychological and behavior. In addition, characteristics of independent institute, management of personnel in education is still taken from the tight policy, its education management than the corresponding run institutions, groups more prone to burnout. The burnout in the daily management of the state is often expressed as a number of negative behavior will affect the efficiency and quality, until the adverse consequences:such as work status of negative emotional burnout spread, inefficiency, and deterioration of interpersonal relationships. Therefore, this paper issues of burnout, to find this phenomenon to prevent or mitigate the ways and means to help the group to weather career low, to improve working conditions, thereby preserving higher education in the normal healthy development track.Education Management for the case of burnout, this study through the independent Institute of Zhejiang Province,106in6education managers survey, the integrated use of educational administration, social psychology and statistics knowledge, data analysis, statistics and interviews based on the formation of trying to analyze factors and burnout solution. In this paper, the work and achievements are as follows:(1) By Zhejiang University106in6independent survey of education management staff to obtain first-hand the raw data, survey data and statistical analysis to ensure the reliability of this study and representative data sources;(2) This study, an international study on the outcome of burnout, using questionnaires, individual interviews, analysis, mathematical statistics, the use of Maslach’s three dimensional model and the theory of demographic variables, the independent Institute of Education of Zhejiang Province management of occupational burnout were studied and analyzed;(3) For the education management staff burnout, the following countermeasures:the sex ratio adjustment to raise the proportion of male educational administrators; on youth education and good management career planning guidance; established body of research cooperation, and actively creating a learning, communication and development opportunities; to create a good working environment, education and management personnel to meet the physical and psychological needs;(4) Through the above analysis and corresponding countermeasures, the independent colleges of education management staff burnout phenomenon has been effectively alleviated, to ensure the healthy development of higher education;... |
