Since the establishment of the first independent college in China in 1999,the independent college has experienced an important stage with rising,confirmation and transition.And nowadays,the development of the independent college has been widely concerned by the society.Under the new era and new circumstance,compared with the education mode and management mechanism in traditional college,the establishment of the independent college has become an innovation and exploration.The independent college has already made a significant breakthrough in education mode and education innovation in China 's college development.And it also becomes the new force in the process of educational popularization.The independent college aims to cultivate talents who with the high standard of morality,professional skills and the wide range of knowledge.Based on the current situation of the development of long-distance education in WT College,this article focuses on the employment and management of the external teachers.According to the theory of Human-person Matching,the theory of Maslow 's Hierarchy of Needs and Lewin's Field theory and other theories,combining with the appointment of external teachers in the past five years of WT College and students'evaluation data online in the past three years,using PEST?SWOT analysis methods and Michael Porter five forces model,analyze the external,internal and industry environment that WT College is currently facing.At last,in the matter of the large mobility of full-time teachers,the difficult employment of external teachers,the thoughtlessness of humanistic care,and the imperfection of incentive mechanism in the long-distance schooling between two branches WT College itself,and aimed at these questions to correspond the solution measure.With the development of the hardware constructions and school buildings in new branch,we aim to recruit and manage external teachers efficiently which can also promote parents ' satisfaction,social recognition and colleges' reputation.In addition,the successful methods and meaningful education innovation can surely give references to other independent colleges in long-distance schooling.
