The21st century is the era of competition for talent, as well as society for learning, it calls for the talents have awareness of independent innovation and innovation capacity. The existing mid-school physics teaching method is still mainly for imparting knowledge and take behavioral learning theory as a guide, causing the lack of the students subjectivity, self-study, activating of learning initiative, a sense of innovation and independent problem-solving skills. Obviously, the current education has been unable to meet the development requirements of the times, cultivating students’ independent learning ability is particularly important in high school physics teaching.The famous American educator, psychologist Jerome Bruner proposed a problem-based learning (PBL), the model is used by teachers to guide students to learn the theoretical knowledge and problem-solving skills and Its greatest feature is to enable students to obtain improvement of the theoretical study and students’psychological cognitive changes in the structure. Compared with traditional lectures teaching model, in problem-based learning, change the students learning process from passive learning to automatic learning, to the greatest extent reflect the students’ subjectivity and autonomy. Based on this, I build the physical learning model of self-learning ability from the research of problem-based learning teaching model, its feature is to reflect the autonomy of student learning, develop their awareness of problem finding, asking and solving, to improve students self-learning ability.The start of this research concentrates on building physics teaching model of self-learning ability from problem-based training and teaching effectiveness in teaching practice of this teaching model. First discusses the research background, purpose, significance and problems to be solved, and according to the issues raised, discussed the idea of this study and the approach to the study; then analyzes the research status of independent learning and problem-based learning at home and abroad, indicate the problem-based learning can train high school students self-learning ability, and from the theory, proving the feasibility of high school students self-learning ability in physics teaching using problem-based learning; Next, build physics teaching model of self-learning ability from problem-based training and raise the physical teaching strategies of problem-based student self-learning ability and then to validate this model in teaching practice and teaching effectiveness, before the start of teaching practice, learning the status of high school students self-learning ability from the survey, based on this status, the teaching test make a comparison of test class and comparison class, the former take the teaching method of problem solving based self-learning training, the latter take traditional teaching method. Finally, analyze the effect of teaching from the remarks of the score of physical, hobby and motivation, the method of physical learning, and the awareness of student self-learning from the two classes. I think the model of physical teaching of problem-based self learning ability training is feasible and effective from the result of test. It can improve the hobby and motivation of student physical learning, their ability of self thinking and problem-solving, and self-learning ability.
