Evaluation of quality of college physical education teacher is a kind of evaluation isdifficult to implement teaching evaluation, it is important to judge the physical educationteachers’ job performance and value of the. We found that in reading the literatures:(1)competence is one of the important index of PE Teachers’ teaching assessment, and haveenough authority amount of literature on the physical education teachers should possessthe ability, quality and knowledge of the detailed research, provides ample material for theestablishment of competency evaluation of the one or two indicators;(2) the choice of theevaluation of teachers subject arrangement and evaluation of the research of competencyevaluation of college physical education teachers also stays in the evaluation of empiricalformula, based on the teacher and the expert evaluation to evaluate students not to dividethe more detailed;(3) the competency evaluation college sports teachers in quantitativemethods used to study less, operability is not strong. On the basis of these experiences, theauthor point to face the Guangzhou city has carried on the questionnaire surveyrepresentative University, selected two indicators of PE Teachers’ quality, ability,knowledge of the three first level indicators. In theory, intends to set up GuangzhouCollege PE Teachers’ ability and quality evaluation system, construct the competenceevaluation of table, use the AHP method to determine index weight system, and uses thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation of teachers.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) ability of sports teachers in Guangzhou area is in area of Guangzhou specialeconomic and physical education teaching environment, physical education teachers inorder to promote the development of regional colleges and universities sports curriculum,integrated body needed to improve student’s physical ability, character and knowledge.(2) the main evaluation of Guangzhou college sports teachers’ abilities and qualities include: colleges and universities in Guangzhou city all college students, colleges anduniversities in Guangzhou city sports teacher, Guangzhou City Sports Managementpersonnel.(3) Guangzhou College PE Teachers’ ability and quality evaluation system consists ofthree evaluation index system, index weight system and criterion system.(4) establishes the evaluation index system of Guangzhou College PE Teachers’ability and quality. The index system includes three levels, the total target layer is theGuangzhou College PE Teachers’ ability and quality, the second layer is the ability, quality,knowledge for the construction of three first level indicators, the third layer is theevaluation system of18level two index.(5) the Guangzhou area college PE Teachers’ ability and quality level one or twoindex weight table, and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative principles in theprocess of evaluation, the establishment of a multi-level comprehensive evaluation system,three kinds of main evaluation are established.The innovation of this paper are as follows:(1) based on the American teacher "NBPTS" evaluation method from the research, inthe establishment of College PE Teachers’ comprehensive evaluation, pay more attentionto student evaluation of teachers in the evaluation process of the effect evaluation.(2) in this study, an area (Guangzhou) the representative211university students,physical education teachers, sports management personnel on the line survey, andestablished the weight of evaluating this area sets.(3) in the construction of competence evaluation system of PE teachers in Collegesand universities in Guangzhou area in the application of the "Delphi" and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation, make the research more scientific and reasonable.
