Urbanization powerfully attracted factors of production to the town, promotedthe adjustment of the industrial structure and optimization of resources.It became animportant measure to achieve market expansion, solve the employment and promotenew industrialization; Town undertake a large number of rural surplus labor, easethe nervous prominent contradictions of rural people while increasing theirincome.Townships which are directly under the Kashgar city are two towns and8townships. two towns are Shamalbagh and Nazarbagh; eight townships areDolatbagh、Qoghan、Saman、 Hangdi、Bashkeram、Pahtagli、Awat andYingostang. Two towns and eight townships placed around the four streets of townwith the large area and population, Although these rural areas belong to KashgarCity area, but relatively backward in culture, education, science and technology. OnMay17,2010Central Xinjiang work conference held in Beijing and Centralgovernment formally approved the establishment of the Kashgar Special EconomicZone. The conference promoted the speed of Kashgar’s urbanization to a high degree.Two towns and Eight townships were also got a rapid development.Increasing the degree of urbanization accordingly promoted the rapiddevelopment of social, economic, cultural, educational and other aspects, but alsobrought a lot of negative impacts. Moral education of young people is one of theimportant issues. Middle school students are to receive secondary education, agegenerally around11-19years old, just entering puberty.Teenagers are the successor of China’s socialist cause. Cultivating teenagers isnot only the responsibility of family and school but also the responsibility of societyand country. However,with the faster pace of urbanization and the transition fromthe rural to urban, the children in these areas who Just entered the city life, mayeasily absorb unhealthy trends in society while contacting with urbancivilization;Their moral values and behavior also began to fluctuate.This paper will collect first-hand information by carrying on aquestionnaire, interview, observation, survey,statistical analysis, and theoreticalresearch on Kashi city directly under the township middle school teachers andstudents. I will systematically analyse the status of moral education of middleschool students. In the process of urbanization, This paper will describe the negativeeffects bought from urbanization to middle school students, middle school studentscurrently actual bad behavior and the reasons. This paper will also describe the importance of reinforcement and improvement on moral education of middle schoolstudents at this stage and find the solutions to this problem.
