Instructors are one of the main force for ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning. They are not only the managers of college students'learning and living, but also the career planning guides of them. Improving the overall quality of instructors is a systematic engineering, and evaluating of them is an important component of this systematic engineering. It is an important precondition of improving instructors'level. So, the study on the instructors'evaluation system is of important theoretical and practical significance.The studying plan of this thesis is based on the instructors'evaluating system in institutions of higher learning nowadays. The author analyzes the current situation and deficiency of the system, and brings forward a tentative plan of constructing an evaluating system of instructors'sustainable development. In this thesis, the author expatiates on the specialty, principles, evaluating system, evaluating process, bringing forward a set of creative and operable plan.The purpose of evaluating instructors'property of sustainable development is to advance instructors to a higher level in the future. People oriented, future development oriented, personal worth, respecting and actualizing etc. are the main specialty. The author think that, as the basic ideology of reformation of instructors'evaluation, evaluating property of sustainable development of instructors is not opposite to the traditional evaluation. In a certain sense, it is the carrying on and developing of the latter.This thesis is composed of six parts. Introduction is the first part, which introduces the present situation of instructors'evaluation home and abroad, bringing forward the background , significance, content, plan of this research and inovation. The second part defines some terms concerned, emphasizing the introduction of the theoretical basis of sustainable development property evaluating of instructors. The third part is the analysis on evaluating system of instructors in institutions of higher learning nowadays. It analyzes the essence and deficiency of the old evaluating system, and brings forward the opinion that instructors are the main force of professional development. The fourth part is the main body of the thesis, which discusses the specialty, principles, indicator system and methods of instructors'sustainable development evaluating system. The fifth part discusses the procedure and attention must be paid for realizing the new evaluation system. In the last part, the author analyzes the factors both of value and stumbling blocks, and brings forward corresponding solution and some advice.
