Education is a cause of fundamental importance for the future of our nation.Education is the foundation of national rejuvenation and social progress, is the basicway of improving national quality and promoting the comprehensive development ofpeople, is reposing expected of the billionaire family for a better life. A power countrymust have a strong education, strong education must have strong teachers. Anexcellent team of teachers is related to the future of our country and the healthygrowth of the next generation of our motherland.Normal schools are the main forcesof personnel training of teacher education, how to construct culture of normal schoolsthat good for teacher education is the vital role to improve the quality of trainingteacher and the level ascension of normal schools.This paper is based on the theory of implicit curriculum and relative corecompetitiveness theory, combed the characteristics of normal college culture, andelaborated the teacher’s new requirements in modern society and the effects of collegeculture on teacher education, the culture that benefit for talent teacher training.Inview of the problems of current cultural construction of normal schools, analyze thecauses, and propose solutions to construct culture that beneficial for teacher educationin normal colleges.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction. This chapter descript detailed of the backgroundand significance, the literature review, the direction of the research contents, theresearch methods, difficulty and innovation of this research paper.The second chapter describes the related concepts and the basic theory of paper.The main point of this chapter is defining the related concepts of culture, universityculture, the culture of normal colleges, training of talent teacher, and expounds thehidden curriculum theory and relative advantage core competitiveness theory. The third chapter summarizes the culture of normal colleges and training of talentteacher. The first section discusses mainly the characteristics of college culture andexpounds respectively the influence of culture of normal colleges on the teacherstraining from the material culture and spiritual culture, system culture, behaviorculture four aspects. The second section mainly elaborated the new requirements inmodern society and culture of normal colleges that benefit for talent teacher training.The main ideal of fourth chapter is analyze the current problems that existing inthe construction of culture in normal colleges, and analyze the reasons.The main ideal of chapter five is put forward the principles and ways thatbeneficial for teacher training of culture construction of normal schools.
