The third chapter summarizes the culture of normal colleges and training of talentteacher. The first section discusses mainly the characteristics of college culture andexpounds respectively the influence of culture of normal colleges on the teacherstraining from the material culture and spiritual culture, system culture, behaviorculture four aspects.
