Research On The Current Situation And The Countermeasure Of Masses Basketball In Linyi Area Of Shandong Province

The thesis employs such research methods as literature consultation, expertinterview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, amongwhich the method of questionnaire survey is mainly adopted to investigate thedeveloping situation of masses’ basketball in Linyi area and study the results, tolearn the current situation of local masses’ basketball, analyze the basic factorsaffecting the mass basketball development and puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions.Conclusion:①the people in areas of basketball sport is developing fast, butparticipants of gender, age and cultural degree have obvious difference.Participants with male give priority to, age groups focused on between20-30,undergraduate cultures degrees of most participants.②the region because thedistrict government, the state of the economy and the counties of different, lead tothe people in areas of basketball development level is not balanced.③the peoplein areas of basketball sports lack of social sports instructors, effective instruction,influence people basketball further development.④the area local basketballstadium to meet the number of demand, and the irrational distribution ofperformance, the site of the outstanding problems of villages and towns.⑤affectthe people in areas of basketball development factors are: the masses basketballmovement characteristics, geography and climate, economic development, mainbody participation consciousness, sports management system, school sports andmedia.Relevant countermeasures to the current situation:①to cultivate and enhancethe masses’ consciousness of participation in basketball;②to consummate themasses’ basketball management system;③to increase the quality and quantity ofsocial sports instructors and to improve the educational level of sports in school;④to increase the quantity of basketball courts and to improve the quality ofbasketball hardware facilities;⑤to formulate the development strategy foranticipated implementation.Suggestions:①to strengthen the administration on sports department and tomake good use of media publicity. To establish the systematic basketball trainingsystem and to avoid the discontinuity problem from the youth to the old;②toorganize the corresponding masses’ basketball activities according to the season,the geographic environment and the participants’ age, and to attach importance tothe development of basketball in economically undeveloped area;③theresponsibility of the relevant education department and sports bureau to establishthe perfect training and management system for social sports instructors, to providesocial sports instructors for the society positively and present them withcorresponding social status;④the responsibility of the government related department to contribute or raise funds lying idle in society for building thebasketball infrastructure, to further open the courts of schools and enterprises andpublic institutions to the outside world to ease the tension of masses’ basketballcourts.
