The Investigation And Research On The CBO’s Living Enviornment Of Grass-roots Basketball Team

This thesis,with the methods of literature collection；access；questionnaire；logicalreasoning；mathematical statistics，has been the thorough investigation and roundedanalysis on the CBO basic team’s living environment，summarized that, at first, CBO baseof players’ distribution on the age consistent with the amateur basketball age requirements.The second, CBO base of players have basketball learning experience that highlight theCBO event with amateur and national. The third, CBO coaches are much younger on theage with better than average cultural quality, but highlight amateur, outstanding CBOgames’ amateur characteristics. The fourth, the primary problem in the CBO grass-rootteams is development facilities. The fifth, as the media and sponsors expand that acceleratethe CBO team’ expand, but it not enough, and the promotional and sponsorship will play adecisive role in CBO team. The sixth, CBO have reasonable competition method andexecutive detailed rules to ensure regions match smoothly and orderly.Based on the survey results and masses of basketball sports situation in China made thefollowing recommendations: The First, before the match or corresponding stages oftraining for coaches and referees is a favorable measure to improve CBO basic levels ofcompetition and has important significance for improvement of competition. The Second，increasing investment in sports facilities and opening more sport stadiums to satisfy theCBO basic team’s training needs that is able to make players participate in the game. TheThird, strengthen publicity of rural areas and organized eligible CBO. The Last, strengthenpropaganda of the CBO in grassroots and established more comprehensive media systemscan attract more funds into the CBO and speed up the development of the related products.All of these are important measures for improving self awareness and influence.
