Research On The Integration Of College Students’Legal Education And Moral Education

Since the reform and opening up policy, accompanied by economic globalization, especially the continuous development of the globalization of information, there are many great changes of China’s social environment, accelerating pace of life, increasing survival pressure, especially the employment pressure becomes bigger and bigger. College students are in a critical period when they form a correct outlook on world, life and values, in the face of the severe competition situation, most students’ attitude is positive, healthy and upward, they hope to adapt to the whole society’s changes and requirements through their tireless efforts, and they don’t afraid of hardship, dare to challenge and work hard, in order to realize their own value, which is the mainstream and bright side. But at the same time, we should also concern the other hand, the rapid development of science and technology accelerates the process of the globalization of information, especially Internet technology played a pivotal role in this process, and some Western ideas and values spread into China mainly through the Internet, and then take place a fierce collision with the ideas and valuesof college students which they already have, which makes the value orientation of college students shows pluralistic characters. Therefore, in the process of the globalization of information, some bad moral values and Legal Theory of Western affect our students, whose moral and legal values have also undergone a profound change, and part of the students’moral qualities and legal quality have declined. In moral qualities, some college students perform money worship and hedonism in the daily life and study, as well as some college students show obvious utilitarianism and individualism in the communication with other people. In Legal quality, there are show arising crime rate and criminal age also becomes younger and younger, and there has been a lot of illegal or criminal behavior or phenomena we do not want to see, and we also must attaches great importance to college students’cyber crime. College students are the future of our country, the hope of our nation, and the successors to the cause of socialist construction in China, and charge with the important task of national rejuvenation, we need to take immediate measures to curb such a bad trend. This article also takes this as a starting point.This article includes four parts. The first chapter is Prolegomenon. This part introduces the college students’downward trend in the moral quality and the legal quality, Give the summary of research about legal education and moral education at home and abroad, the research and purpose of integration of legal education and moral education, and significance includes theoretical significance and practical significance, and points out the innovation of this article. And at last point out the route and methods of the article. The second part is overview. Departure from the dialectical relationship between morality and law and then take this as a basis for the analysis of the dialectical relationship between moral education and legal education, and it is also the link and difference between moral education and legal education provide possibility for combination. Moral education is the foundation of legal education, legal education provides an institutional protection for moral education, they complement each other and mutually penetrate. At the same time, in this part the author makes a brief analysis of the problems of college students’ moral education and legal education and the reasons, in order to make full preparation for the necessity and the basis of the integration in the third part and specific measures in the fourth part. The third chapter is the necessity and the basis of integration between moral education and legal education. This part analyzes the necessity of integration, the theoretical basis, the practical basis and policy-oriented, especially Marxist theory on personal all-round development, and lays a solid theoretical foundation for integration of moral education and legal education in the fourth part. The fourth part is specific measures. on the basis of the previous three parts’fully preparation, and under the guidance of the policy which is a combination of the rule of law and moral in our country, and this part starts from the two perspectives of university and students themselves, and put forward a series of specific measures about the integration of moral education and legal education. From different aspects, such as rules and regulations of the school, teaching activities, social practice. That’s all, in this paper I try my best to explore approaches to the organic integration of legal education and moral education and hope to provide certain references to college students’ ideological and political education.
