In recent years, with the rapidly development of our pre-primary education, the private kindergartens as the new-emerging force is gradually transformed into the key of preschool education quality assurance. In the course of development, they also begin to concentrate on the level of management and education quality. The key that the private kindergartens provides qualified education is the teachers, the quality of teachers is not only related to the education quality of the private kindergartens, but also affects its survival and development. The entry phase of teachers’ occupation career is the initial phase, and also a critical period of the teachers’ development. For the beginning teachers, they will produce a variety of demands. Therefore, paying attention to their real needs, and putting forward some concrete count measures on this basis, which not only can provide thoughts and reference for the private kindergartens’ management and development, but also has great significance for the whole beginning teachers.The surveyed people of this paper are 100 new teachers in the private kindergartens that come from Changchun City.The research uses the means of questionnaires and interviews investing the vocational demands status and analyzing the related influencing factors. On this basis, it puts forward some advice. It aims to give some related basis for the private kindergartens’ management and the new teachers’ development. The basis framework of the study are as follows:Part I: Question statement.This research is based on the policy background that the state promotes the development of private early childhood education, it through the Chinese How Net and Google to collect and analyze the literature reviews,summarized the origin and the significance of this research. To formerly studied has carried on the summary, and briefing the research techniques.Part II: The present situation of the new teachers’ induction needs in private kindergartens.This study draws on the existing demand theory, presenting the situation of the 100 new Teachers’ induction needs in private kindergartens that mainly from the four dimensions of the material requirements, the spiritual requirements, the professional development requirements and the training requirements.Part III: Characteristics of the new teachers’ induction needs in privatekindergartens. After investigation, this study analyzing the characteristics of the new teachers’ induction needs in private kindergartens.Part VI: Analysis on the influencing factors of private kindergartens’ beginning teachers in vocational demand. Mainly from the two dimensions of subjective factors and objective factors to analysis on influencing factors and aim to give a basis for security advice.Part V: Security suggestions. On the basis of the investigation, this paper presents concrete proposals from 4 angels : the private kindergarten, the beginning teachers, the normal university and the government.
