In recent years, growing numbers of rural migrant workers flowed to cities with families. Under such tendency, Chinese government has created a policy to resolve the compulsory education of rural migrate workers’ children, that is, their compulsory education, have been left to the governments of those cities. Then, there are lots of special schools for rural migrate workers’ children built by local governments around the country. Studying problem of rural migrate workers’children has been further improved. And now, can they receive good education? In order to understand this problem, based on the understanding of educational value and equal education, educational value is to improve the life quality of individual, is to promote the life quality of individual, is to meet the need of sustainable development of society, is to lengthen the life of mankind, equal education is to let everyone can enjoy the fruit of human civilization that he or she should enjoy. The research taking class1grade6of H School in ChengHua district of Chengdu for cases, based on the review of existing research results, use the field-work investigation to collect the information about the study situation in families, life style and food situation of rural migrate workers’children, objectively present the their study and life, analyze the reasons for their learning difficulties and the roots of the reasons.The results from classroom observation show that rural migrate workers’ children has learning difficulties, which are not devote to study, inattention, lack of discipline, bad homework situation, etc. According to analyze the results of questionnaire and interview, found the common reasons for learning difficulties of rural migrate workers’children,1. Parents can not help their study.2. Parents take insufficient attention on children.3. Sleep quality is unsatisfactory.4. There has the situation of nutritional deficiencies. Further analysis of the interview results, the fifteen respondents’reasons are,1.Bad family learning environments and conditions, there has no extracurricular book.2. Unreasonable learning methods.3. Learning motivations tend to be external motivation and parents’ education methods are simple and rude.4. The nutritional deficiencies reflect the adsence of guardianship.5. Bad relationship between parents.6. Left-behind children lack of family love.7. Interest in arts.8. Can not concentrate on study and be socialization prematurely.9. The influence of other students from the class.In the end, the author based on the understanding of educational value and equal education, explores the roots of the reasons. First, the realistic basis of the reasons for learning difficulties of rural migrate workers’children,1. The hardware level of the school is low.2. Peripheral community environment of the school is complicated.3. Family’s living conditions and learning environment are poor.4. Parents can not help the study of their children. Discuss the roots of the reasons on the conceptual level,1. Values of the parents.2. Family life style of rural migrate workers’children.3. Migrant workers’family income is low.
