College Students' Responsibility Consciousness Education Research Under The Low Carbon Economy Perspective

The climate problem has become the world’s universal attention topic, all the countries are working for the environmental protection and has put forward the problem of low carbon economy. China is the largest developing country in the world, the government pays great attention to the development of low carbon economy.At the same time, every citizen should also try to mitigate and adapt to climate change consciously. In addition to rely on government and enterprise, the citizens’ low carbon environmental protection consciousness is more important.And college students are a group of outstanding young people.They are the pillar of strength to construct a resource saving and environment friendly society. So it is of great significance to cultivate college students’ responsibility consciousness on the low carbon age.Under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, this paper mainly studies from three areas:firstly, this paper introduces the situation of college students’ responsibility consciousness cultivation in low carbon economy angle, including the short of the performance of low carbon economy angle college students’ sense of responsibility and the cause of the inadequate college students’ responsibility consciousness cultivation from the family education, university education and social environment three aspects; secondly, the paper analysis the necessity and urgency of cultivating the consciousness of college students’ low carbon economy responsibility. Low carbon economy puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of university students sense of responsibility to learn knowledge and practice for low carbon action. At the same time, college students’ responsibility consciousness cultivation promotes low carbon education, citizen sense and the contribution of conservation-oriented society. Finally, this paper build college students’ responsibility consciousness cultivation system from the target, content, mode and the way four aspects.It mainly discusses the low carbon economy college students’ responsibility consciousness cultivation objectives, and takes the cultivation of students’ sense of responsibility, sense of social responsibility and the natural environment of the responsibility as the low carbon era college students’ responsibility consciousness training content. The paper also discusses how to cultivate college students’ sense of responsibility from environment, the education, college students themselves.It considers to cultivate college students’ responsibility consciousness of low carbon through example inspired, carrying out low carbon practice and creating a low carbon environment.
