Under The New Situation, College Students Hard Professional Aspirations Education Analysis

As the process of the marketization of economy and the popularization of higher education move forward, college students’outlook on life and values has made some changes. Many college students have become more superficial, impulsive, interested in a quick profit and less settling and a sense of love on the learning and exploration of professional knowledge, especially for the students who are majoring in laborious majors like geological mining. On the one hand, the employment situation for those students is relatively better and they can find a good with ease, therefore they slacken their study on the cognition and learning for their majors. On the other hand, partly because the nature of the work is laborious and partly because the learning on the courses is boring, students would tend to have no clear goals on their learning and have no sense of recognition on their majors and lack interests in learning and therefore forming certain weariness on their study. Despite the fact that in recent years our country has taken a series of measures on the talents training of the laborious majors, students still have much difficulty in loving their majors in the process of self-directed learning and daily work and have a better attitude towards their job and actively serve people. Therefore, conducting a good education on the students’orientation towards their laborious majors like geological mining meets the requirements of the outlook on the scientific development as well as the needs to respond the state policies like expanding domestic demand, strengthen infrastructure construction and materials and energy development and therefore having a significant meaning.Based on above-mentioned understanding, I choose the education on the college students’ orientation towards their laborious majors like geological mining as the problem simply wanting to make a small portion contribution to the research of this kind. This paper mainly employs documentary literature research method, history analysis method, comparison study method and integrated multidiscipline research method making an analysis on the related problems of the education on the college students’orientation towards their laborious majors like geological mining by dividing it into five parts. Part one, introduction, is mainly about issue proposal, research background and objects, research methodology, design and literature review. Part two is the value of the education on the college students’orientation towards their laborious majors like geological mining under the new situation which includes the new situation facing the education on the college students’orientation towards their majors and the meaning of implementing of this kind of education. Part three is about the investigation and analysis of the education on the college students’orientation towards their laborious majors like geological mining under the new situation. Part four is about the discussion on the strategy to deal with the education on the college students’orientation towards their majors, including improving the external environment of the education on the college students’ orientation towards their majors, improving the management procedures of higher education and building the platform to professional quality of the students and cultivating a correct attitude towards the major orientation etc. Part five is the conclusion.
