In recent years, that tourism students'low employment in tourism industry has become a major problem for tourism education and industry. For example, He Zhiyan (2007) indicated, only about 30% tourism undergraduates engaged in this profession choose to work in this industry after graduation. Guo qianqian (2008) found that only 10 ~ 20% undergraduate students of tourism employment work in this industry, and after 2 years, only less than 20% of these students still remained In the tourism industry. This shows that the field of tourism graduates with a professional association of employment is low. Some scholars believe that the lack of professional job training leads to the above phenomenon ( Chao Dan, 2004; Songzi Bin, Chen Zhaoyang, 2006; Mei Hu, Zhan Zehui, 2009, etc.). However, other scholars (Yang Xiaozhong, 2008, etc.) and other studies have found that training did not improve the hotel management students'employment rate in the industry. In contrast, students in the hotel after nternship has shown the extent of the favorite hotels marked decline in the professional commitment of the industry decreased significantly, reduced confidence in the work in hotels and other negative phenomena (Adkins, 1995; West, Jameson, 1997, etc.). How to understand these two seemingly contradictory conclusions on? Why hotel Management Internship is counterproductive to the college students? This will be considered and the paper will focus on efforts to solve the problem. The author did the theoretical analysis and empirical test using the literature analysis, social survey and mathematical statistics methodologies. The results show that on hotel majors, the internship did not positively influence their career intention, but aggravated the deviation from the interns to the hotel industry. Among them, the practical construction of tourist attractions around the hotel condition, suitability to local climatic conditions, the hotel's facilities and equipment, economic, health and safety, quality of staff, internship salary, interpersonal relationships within the hotel during the internship, interns'their personal capacity enhancing, employment opportunities and other factors such as the role of the college students with internship hotel has been significantly related to their career intention after their internship. This indicates that the lack of these factors led to that the college students change their career intentions.
