After analysing,4problems havebeen found which bothers rural schools in the southwest due to their lagging behind ineconomy and occlusive of information.They turn out to be:insufficient ofpropaganda work, improper information transferring,lacking of profounded teachingtraining,and a shortage of funding in the school.6. According to the current problems of cheerleading propaganda mode shown inrural schools in the southwest,following strategies are come up with:to buildefficient propaganda system,to enhance the construction of teaching group, to perfectencouraging system, to strengthen administrative intervention from the governmentand to increase the investment of special funds as well.This paper studies have the effective promotion to cheerleading, Especially inrural school promotion have positive realistic guiding significance and referencevalue.
