This paper takes the promotion model of Cheerleading in Beijing primary school as the research object and 15 schools under Chaoyang experimental primary school education group as the research object.The purpose of this study is to provide the basis for the promotion model of Cheerleading in Beijing primary school,and to provide a reference for the development of Cheerleading in Chaoyang experimental primary school education group.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot investigation and mathematical statistics to investigate the promotion of Cheerleading in 15 schools under Chaoyang experimental primary school education group.The results show that:1 In the 15 schools investigated,there are three promotion models of cheerleading,which are curriculum,large class,community,competition model,community,competition model.There are 3 schools adopting the mode of curriculum,large class,community and competition,and 1 and 11 schools adopting the mode of large class,community,competition and community,competition,respectively.2 There are three promotion models of Cheerleading in Beijing primary school:first,the model of curriculum,large class,community and competition.According to the investigation,we know that the model has the best promotion effect at present,with high participation of students,many promotion paths and high attention of the school,but we should continue to improve the effectiveness of promotion.2 At present,the mode of large class,community and competition belongs to the second mode of the existing promotion mode of Cheerleading in Beijing primary school.This mode is in an intermediate stage,which is a transitional link from the basic promotion mode to the best promotion mode.It is necessary to strengthen the promotion of this mode and promote the promotion effect.3 Community and competition mode is the most basic promotion mode in the existing promotion mode of Cheerleading in Beijing primary school.This mode can make the campus cheerleading quickly implemented in the school,but the mode needs to strengthen the teachers,on this basis,improve the implementation effect of campus cheerleading,and promote the continuous improvement of the mode.3 The main problems of the three promotion models are as follows:(1)The main problems existing in the model of curriculum,class,communityand competition are: the imbalance of the proportion of men and women participating in the optional courses of campus cheerleading;the interruption of campus cheerleading class activities and the single implementation content;the shortage of teachers in the community;and the single participation content.(2)The main problems existing in the mode of big class,community and competition are: the implementation content of big class is single,the promotion time of campus cheerleading every week is long and short;the community lacks fixed professional cheerleading teachers;the competition is short of funds,and the competition time conflicts with the school examination time.(3)The main problems existing in the mode of community competition are: the shortage of teachers,the lack of teachers,the lack of training weeks and the short time of community training;the simple content of the competition and the incomplete level of participation in the competition.4 Strategies to optimize three promotion modes:(1)Optimize the mode of curriculum,large class,community and competition:increase the scope of curriculum grade selection,introduce male teachers;adhere to the implementation of campus cheerleading large class activities,enrich the content of their implementation;strengthen the stability of community teachers,professionalization of teachers;enrich the content of competition,and improve students' performance.(2)Optimize the mode of big class,community and competition: enrich the implementation content of big class,increase the promotion time in a timely manner;strengthen the stability of the teachers of the community,improve the quality of the community;increase the source of funds,and avoid the conflict of competition time.(3)Optimize the mode of Community Competition: introduce excellent teachers,increase the training volume of the community;enrich the content of the competition,and actively participate in the competitions at different levels.
