As an important means to enhance China’s comprehensive national strength and the general public for increased physical demand,the success of the basketball tournament organized by local governments become the sports industry and enterprise development,enhance the image of the city.The operation of the security events is undoubtedly the cornerstone of the success of the event.The economic and social complex security situation and the spread of terrorism and so on,so that sporting events security challenges faced.So the event security study has great significance.The study,literature,observation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the Chinese Basketball League Shanxi Division audience satisfaction about the event security performed research,and use SPSS20.0 for collected questionnaire for statistical analysis,combined with on-site field research to explain the situation in Shanxi Division satisfaction the audience,and then deal with the problems put forward countermeasures,provide reference data for the future security of the CBA tournament.Research indicates:(1)Shanxi Division tournament spectators security satisfaction scale consists of three factors,namely security service,security cognitive,professional security,consistency check drawn by the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2)Data from the survey results of this analysis,the Shanxi stadium audience has a high awareness of security,and the audience in Shanxi Division tournament overall satisfaction with the security situation in general,we have not reached satisfactory condition.Relatively speaking,the higher satisfaction are the top five security screening process,check the collection liquid admission,admission ticket order when,stadium seat safety deposit service package.Lower satisfaction after five respectively exit of people and vehicles when the management situation,management and disposal of midfield smokers,the overall level of security,security race emergencies,security service attitude.(3)Due to the length of time the audience and event security contacts,content point of view,the focus is different,different sex,security concern,a different security level of understanding of the audience for the security professional evaluation of different,different numbers of season audience security services evaluation vary.(4)the audience to better awareness of security increases the security service requirements,thereby affecting events security satisfaction of the audience,in addition there are about CBA tournament security targeted literature and the limited survey sample size,resulting in in-depth research and objectivity is also affected to some extent.Based on the evaluation of the event the audience of security satisfaction security raised padded short board;masses to build security awareness;build stadium security service star standards recommendations.
