The advancement of information technology always vitalizes the Education field and at the mean time changing the teaching concept and learning style.21st century is known as the Internet and information era. Learning is not confined in the classroom and knowledge is not just relying on teachers to teach. Internet becomes the largest repository for learner and a variety of new mobile devices extend the learning spaces. Today, with Internet and mobile devices, learners can learn anytime and anywhere. It is the mission of education practitioners to help learners to use technology more wisely and more efficiently.SNS(Social Networking Sites)is a Internet service which help people build and maintain a social network on the Internet platform. Thanks to merits of user-friendly, sharing resources, building connection, SNS become popular overnight, and even become a fad among young people. Therefore, how to help learner use Social Networking Sites is the interest of this research. This research focused on SNS-based learning community interaction and explained the interaction model which community numbers used to interact with each other. The model contains two parts, one is the external implication model and the other is internal interaction model. In this study, the method of field research, questionnaire, interviews and content analysis are been used, and Renren is been choose as the research sample because its popularity among Chinese young people. The research result show external implication model contains three dimensions and five elements which influence the social networking interaction. The five elements are social network identity, altruism, encourage perception, social and cultural background and service usage. Based on Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development and Social Construction theory, and combined with field research methods, we constructed the interactive mode of SNS-based learning within the community from both community perspective and community number perspective. The community perspective interaction model is consist of five elements including information circulation based on SNS, technology tools based on SNS, learners and facilitators. The community number perspective is a spiral model containing five different interacting stages. The ultimate purpose of the designing theoretical model is for application to learning reality and therefore generates corresponding profits.
