Research Of Cultivating The Ability Of College Physical Education Teaching Of Normal Tissue

Physical education is a basic course in colleges and universities and it is the center part for college physical education. Because the content and structure of physical education have decisive significance in the aspects of achievement of teaching objectives and development of talented people. For a long time college physical education teaching only pays attention to students’ skills training and physical exercise. With the deepening of the reform of the normal education,the understanding of teaching reform being the core and teaching content curriculum system being reformed has been established in the development of practice. Accordingly, the emphasis of physical education in college should be on the reform of teaching content comprehensively in order to adapt to the21st century and rise up talented students. Based on this,colleges and universities should comprehensively promote the healthy development of sport teaching reform in order to adapt to the future society demanding qualified talents. The current college physical education only pay attention to strengthening students’physical exercise which is the biological function and neglecting students’ mental health and social adaptation function which not only affects the potential ability of physical education in colleges but also lower physical teachers’social status in society."the teachers’ education being the main characteristics" is the established educational goals and development strategy of normal universities. Adhering to the normal education features and innovating high level education platform and strive for cultivate the full development of outstanding teachers are the core content of work for normal higher school education. Therefore, sports teaching in normal universities should be different from other universities’ education system. The content and mode of normal universities should have a normal education characteristic. The goal of normal universities is for cultivating school teachers. Based on this, normal universities should closely combine the actual concrete primary and middle schools’system to create a large number of the primary and secondary school teachers who are qualified for society’s demands and are competitive. This paper uses the method of literature, logic analysis.This paper mainly by using the method of literature, investigation, logic analysis, in view of the high sports teaching the normal development of sports organization ability significance discussion and analysis, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures of the reform. Through the research that the following conclusions(1) teachers is an important carrier of the sports culture inheritance, for students in teachers’ certain organization ability training in the sports culture and the spread of primary and middle school sports culture construction has an important role.(2) the students in teachers’ organization ability training is to today’s society is the normal higher requirements of the need, on the one hand, better organization class sports activities, on the other hand, it can reduce the harm of emergency to students.(3) the current college physical education can not very good, the training of the students’ ability of organization, mainly exist in the following problems:the teaching goal short and shallow, and the emergence of two levels of differentiation; Pay attention to short-term benefits, ignore lifelong benefit; The contents of the course of a single; Evaluation system is not reasonable. For high sports teaching better the cultivation of the students’ ability of organization put forward the following Suggestions:(1) develop the ability of organization should be included in the high sports training target system and will organize ability training content, as a sports teaching evaluation of a component.(2) in order to strengthen the cultivation of students ability of organization, on one hand we should play sports versatility strengthen high sports teaching organization skills, on the other hand, expand the normal sports teaching organization skills training teaching research.(3) the higher normal colleges and universities should make full use of various resources and conditions of students ability training to strengthen the organization, ensure "health first" based on the normal tissue for the cultivation of ability to create the good conditions. In order to high sports organization in training students’ ability in the teaching contents to be more perfect, more flexible teaching methods, assessment methods of more scientific and reasonable, the teaching purpose more explicit, and adapt to the social development and in future for the high sports teaching reform development to provide the reference.
