The elementary education curriculum reform changing rapidly, the requirements of teachers’ literacy and skills improve gradually. Teaching and testing will need to be reformed accordingly, the key is to enhance teachers’ proposition ability, teachers’ proposition ability depends largely on the teachers’ pre-service education which is normal school students’ proposition ability. The research is based on the education teaching theory, to investigate the current situation of normal school students’ proposition ability training, analysis the problems which the questionnaire responses deeply, combined with the investigation of the current situation of teachers’ proposition ability and Normal universities undergraduate talent training scheme and the requirements which the new curriculum reform puts forward to teachers, analysis the basis of normal school students’ proposition ability training, the existing question, the reason and the strategy of improving normal school students’ proposition ability, to put forward some suggestions for Normal universities students’ proposition ability training.The paper consists of six parts:The introduction illuminates the research purpose and meaning, research status, research methods.The first chapter summaries normal school students’ proposition ability,explains the thesis’ core concepts, the theoretical basis, practical demand and the importance of normal school students’ proposition ability training.The second chapter analysis the questionnaire and Normal universities undergraduate talent training scheme, sums up the basis and problem of normal school students’ proposition ability training.The third chapter analysis the reason of normal school students’ proposition ability lack of training, analysis mainly from the government, the normal colleges and universities, teachers, students’ four aspects.The fourth chapter explains the strategy of improving normal school students’ proposition ability, mainly from the government, the normal colleges and universities, teachers, students’ four aspects. Focus on the measures normal universities and teachers taken in, to enhance normal school students’ proposition ability, hope promoting teaching reform of normal universities.The fifth chapter makes a summary and prospect of further research direction of the thesis.
