With the rising of curriculum leadership concept, leading consciousness has changed from the traditional curriculum management to the curriculum leadership. The role of curriculum leadership has shown the significance of the curriculum reform, meanwhile demonstrates the relationship of the leader and those of being led. In the tide of curriculum reform,the preschool principal must lead the reform to guarantee the smooth progress of curriculum leadership.So in the kindergarten principal curriculum leadership, we should ask for what tasks the principal need to practice, what duty to perform, what problems the principal face and for what reasons, and how to solve these difficulties.In order to understand these problem, the author interviewed five kindergartens’principals and teachers in ChangChun.At the same time searched the relevant information of curriculum leadership, observed and recorded the kindergartens’class activities.According to the interview method, text analysis and observation of the current state of principal curriculum leadership, the author make a conclusion on the above research, the reason is analyzed, and then put forward the strategy to solve the problems.This research consists of four parts, the basic framework is showed below:Part I:Introduction. According to the background of the kindergarten principal’s curriculum leadership,this paper address the meaning of this study and analyze and summarize the related literature of the curriculum leadership, the headmasters’curriculum leadership and the principals’curriculum leadership.Meanwhile it aim at the objects and methods of the research.Part II:The investigation of the current of kindergarten principal curriculum leadership. Through analyzing the relevant literature, this paper summarized six dimensions of the kindergarten principal curriculum leadership, including the consciousness of kindergarten principal’s curriculum leadership, the culture of kindergarten principal’s curriculum leadership, the professional technology,the organization structure, the teaching training and the public relations coordination.Part III:The problems of preschool principal’s curriculum leadership and the analysis of the reason. According to the analysis of the five kindergarten,we found several problems urgently to be solved.The problems include:the weak awareness, the roles fuzzy,the losing of leading function, alienated from the curriculum development work. The reasons include: the principals’own factors and influence by the environment.Part IV:The strategies of the preschool principals’curriculum leadership in kindergarten. The strategies include:the support of superior, the cooperation of preschool principals, the expert guidance and strengthen their own learning.
