Studies On Teaching Content And Teaching Method Of Outdoor Sports Course In Normal Universities Of Beijing

Based on fully utilizing natural environment，the outdoor course systematicallyteaches college students basic knowledge，techniques and skills which involved in alloutdoor events，in order to train college students to participate in outdoor activitiesand relevant contests，and to cultivate college students’physical and psychologicalguality and adaptability.According to the study with attention to outdoor teachingpractice，the paper indicates that outdoor teaching system contributes to the training ofstudents’determination，self-confidence and strong willpower，as well as therealizing of the course goal of“Skeleton”issued by the Ministry of Education.Outdoor sports course teaching is to carry out the new“Skeleton”in normaluniversity in Beijing,One of the ideal physical education is to make student achievethe teaching target of “Skeleton”.How to put the outdoor sports that suit to carry outin university to get together, to perfect and construct the suitable teaching content intooutdoor course，to promote the outdoor sports in an all-round way in normaluniversities；How to make the students to master the basic knowledge,basic skills,basic technology in outdoor sports and form the good habit and healthy maturepsychological quality through the outdoor sports teaching；The main problem shouldbe solved in this study is that what teaching content to choose and what teachingmethod to adopt in outdoor course of normal universities in Beijing.The teaching content and the teaching method in outdoor course of normaluniversities in Beijing is the research object and the all students of2011level in Chinauniversity of geosciences is the investigate object of this study.Using the methods ofdocumentary,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method, observation andmathematic statistics to survey and analyse the current teaching situation of outdoorcourse China university of geosciences.To provide reference basis of establishing thesystem of the outdoor course teaching system and teaching method in normaluniversities in Beijing.Through the research get the following conclusion:The teaching content of China university of geosciences outdoor sports areincluding:directional movement, rock climbing, quality expanding movement,physical training and comprehensive training five aspects,the class hour are4hours,6hours,8hours,8hours and six hours;According to the degree of college students like directional movement has sort ofteaching content is in the campus experience, or the map directional integral of therecognition and use, the origin of the directional movement and the concept of the directional movement, Expect new teaching content sorting is in the game, throughinterest orientation of the lost, and about the park directional countermeasures andfield orientation, topographical knowledge, directional route and choose roadprinciple, the recognition and use, minerals directional movement competitionorganization and the referee method is introduced and the directional map plotting;According to the degree of college students like climbing already teachingcontent sorting is as follows: move transversely climbing exercises, commonly usedclimbing technology, rock climbing is commonly used the knot technology, rockclimbing game form, climbing attention and the basic overview expect new climbingteaching content sorting is in the stone protection method, climbing unarmed climbingexercises, the protection of the above methods, the difficulty climbing exercises,pioneer climbing technique and protection method, below the setting down and standprotection technology, speed climbing exercises and rock climbing and thecharacteristics of the function;According to the degree of college students like quality expand movement hassort of teaching content is in the team construction, team projects and thedevelopment of sports origin and characteristic, To have already learn of the projectteam, the order to: dynamic ball, energy transmission, Britain river dance, worktogether to run, not collective forest, up and down the steps, the collective sit-ups andteam runs, Expect new quality development project type of order: high altitude,challenge the limit of collective project, psychological, land, personal project andchallenges of the quality of the body;Teaching methods in the application of outdoor sports course in languagetransfer information primarily, direct perceptions primarily, physical exercisesprimarily, by the scene and competition activities to give priority to and exploring theteaching method mainly characteristic;Directional sports teaching is the focus of the map recognition and use, thedifficulty of teaching is the campus directional JiFenSai experience; Qualityexpanding sports teaching is the focus of the team construction, and the difficulty ofteaching is to share; climbing teaching is the focus of the commonly used climbingtechnology, the difficulty of teaching is shiftting climbing exercises.
