With the development of society, the state of fitness effects of traditional ethnicsports have a certain importance. Can be seen from the Sports Law promulgated in1995,Article6and Article15of them to fully clear the value and significance of the nationalsports traditional, the majority of these movements of tai chi fitness effect from DragonDancing recognition. However, in many traditional items with a fitness value of sportshas not yet been developed and integration of traditional ethnic sports fitness value canbe developed is a lot of space seen from these areas. In this paper, the monitoring of physiological and biochemical indexes after theone-time training encouraged by the movement of two different intensities to observethe changes of some physiological and biochemical indexes before and after theexperiment, and explore more suitable for college students to exercise training intensity, thereby for Hmong encouraging development and Students Science Fitness provides atheoretical basis. This study, the data combined with the present Hmong encouragingresearch to determine the topics through access to and collection of relevant papers ofthe Hmong encouraged. Directed extract Jishou University Students Miao drum team of12subjects, the Hmong encouraging for the sport, and multi-factor single-group pretestposttest design. Test resting heart rate and blood pressure, heart rate and blood pressure, lung capacity, blood glucose, blood lactic acid and other indicators, five minutes afterexercise, compared two sets of encouraging indicators, and then in mathematicalstatistics (independent samples t-test) to be analyzed. Understanding of the indicatorsbefore and after exercise of different forms of study. Studies have shown that: inspire (1)the Hmong encouraging movement after the first set and second set of encouragingtraining heart rate index seen after1minutes (T=-2.28)(P <0.05),2minutes (T=-2.13)(P <0.05),3minutes (T=2.19)(P <0.05),4minutes (T=-2.08)(P <0.05) when dataare different.(2) the Hmong encouraging movement after the first set of indicatorsderived diastolic blood pressure in one minute (T=3.04)(P <0.01),2minutes (T=2.33)(P <0.05) encouraged with the second set of encouraging training a difference. Systolicblood pressure1minute (T=-3.23)(P <0.01),2(T=-2.49)(P <0.05) differences.(3)two sets of encouraging exercise indicators found: no significant difference in forcedvital capacity, maximum voluntary ventilation (T=-2.66) indicators are significantdifferences (P <0.05), one second forced expiratory volume (T=-2.39) indicators Thereare significant differences (P <0.05). Encouraged and the second encouraged afterexercise (4) The first set of data found in the immediate blood glucose targets are nosignificant differences in the five minutes of the glycemic index has a very significantdifference (P <0.01), there are significant differences in15minutes HL (P <0.05). Fiveminutes of indicators of the first set of encouraging and the second encouragedsignificant differences in indicators of the second set of blood lactate in5minutessignificantly increased.(5) one-time movement of the two sets of Hmong encouraged benign Students cardiac function and quality of endurance. But encouraged the first setof the second set of encouraging college students indicators slightly worse. Therefore, itis recommended that the ordinary college students is a reasonable system using differentintensity form of exercise to practice to make the full exercise of the heart and lungfunction.(6) reasonable conduct the Hmong encouraged by the physical exercise, toimprove the cardiopulmonary function of the college students have a certain role. Therefore, it is recommended that students and Hmong encouraged as one of theexercise is also recommended the introduction of public school physical educationcurriculum.(7) according to different ages, different groups of people to a reasonablearrangement for exercise intensity, this will better the Hmong encouraged the sport andget people to allow more people to participate in this not only fitness but also to watchthe national traditional items.
