With the continuous develop of IT. In particular, the multimedia and network technologyis more and more used in modern teaching process. It makes network courses to play anincreasingly important role in modern education. Quality courses as a high level andcharacteristics network course. Its construction and development is an important part of the“Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project “. Quality courses website is the window ofthe construction and evaluation of quality courses. It is a network platform to study qualitycourses and a medium to communicate for Teachers and students. It’s also a carrier of toradiate quality courses. Therefore, the success of the course website design created or not isthe key to the success of quality courses.The interaction problem is the core issue of distance education. The interactive is onebasic principles and features of online education. It plays a very important role in onlineeducation. Interactive learning can not only promote students’ self-learning and improveteaching effectiveness, but also can enhance the learning exchanges and emotional exchangesbetween teachers and students. In network teaching process, how to effectively promoteinteraction between learners and other factors has become an important factor to affect thequality of online education. Therefore, to reflect the course’s interactive is a necessaryelement in the network courses even quality courses’design and develop.Gansu Folk Art quality course is to be assessed as colonel of the quality course in thearts department of Gansu Union University. It is built by department of Arts Course Team inGansu Union University with the basic principles of vocational education " theory enough,focusing on practice", and according to the characteristics of higher vocational education, aswell as the experience of the art professional education reform. The purpose to makeeveryone better understand the Gansu Folk Art and master the knowledge and skill of GansuFolk Art. Through the analysis of the nature and content of course, I find that Gansu Folk Artis one course which combined with theory and practice, especially focusing on practical. Thiscourse required for interaction and exchange between teachers and students, students withstudents, and students and resources, and students with experts to explore in order to bettercomplete the course knowledge to learn and master. Therefore, it is very important to focuson interactive design in the site design process.This paper analysis the course’s nature and teaching characteristics through the guide of interactive learning theory and knowledge of category theory, also based on the in-depthstudy quality courses. Then determine the course objectives. To finish the instructional designbased on knowledge contents of teaching objectives, and design system architecture of GansuFolk Art quality courses site and develop it based on interactive learning. At last evaluate andsummary the site through interviews and other research methods.The main content of the paper is as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, to describe briefly the research background, researchpurpose and significance, and research methods.The second chapter is a literature review, mainly to define the important concepts in thepaper, summarizes the research status, and sort out the underlying theory and the guiding roleof theory in this study.The third chapter is the design stage. To be guided by the front of theory and throughanalysis of the nature and teaching characteristics of Gansu Folk Art courses to determine thecourse objectives. And then complete the course’s instructional design under the guidance ofthe theory of knowledge classification and interactive learning theory, especially the design ofinteractive learning activities as well as the design of interactive learning environment tocarry out learning activities. At last I achieve the design of the site structure under theguidance of characteristics of Gansu Folk Art and design principles of website.The fourth chapter is the development stage. Use development tools to develop thewebsite under the guidance of design, and evaluate and improve the site.The fifth chapter is summary to summarize the study and reflect on the shortcomings init. And put forward future research plans.
