In this paper, from teaching quality compared to domestic and external vocational courses Hu situation, analyzes the present teaching and teaching management of Career Academy K courses problem.Through the teaching present situation investigation K the Career Academy foundation courses, puts forward the existing K Career Academy foundation curriculum teaching and students’learning problems, factors influence the course foundation class teaching are analyzed, the reasonable factors of teaching quality in Higher Vocational Colleges and the existing evaluation index based quality course teaching evaluation indicators into the indicator system of new the, to overcome, to make up for its shortcomings, combined with their own discipline characteristic foundation courses, the teaching quality evaluation index system for the initial build. On this basis, the teaching quality evaluation system based on the connotation and counter-measures are discussed and studied, and the indexes were detailed analysis. The key factors affecting the teaching of basic courses--the teacher’s teaching quality, the scientific and reasonable evaluation. Using analytic hierarchy process to give the weight of each index evaluation index system of teaching quality, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for teaching quality of teachers is evaluated, and analyzed the evaluation results. The study of the theory on the application of case and system analysis, and puts forward some effective measures on the K of the Career Academy foundation course teaching quality improvement. Discuss the evaluation of teaching quality of basic course in higher vocational education content and method of commonly used quality management; application of total quality management,6Sigma quality management method.The value of this study lies in the enrichment and development of the curriculum evaluation theory, implementation tools provided reasonable application of teaching quality evaluation as the foundation courses and routine management, perfect the evaluation system of teaching quality of basic courses available, is conducive to strengthening the teaching management; provide some empirical reference and basis for teaching reform in high vocational foundation class of course, help to improve the quality of teaching. The evaluation process using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodaccording to different evaluation subjects, evaluation indexof different design, and gives different weights, thus lowering the computation due to personal reasons of evaluation subject to value and real value of error, has a certain practical significance, also can convenient,objective evaluation of the teaching level of teachers. The innovation of this study is to construct both higher vocational education classroom teaching, and reflect the common base class discipline characteristic comprehensiveness, rationality and operability of the combination of evaluation index system, and the indexes were detailed analysis; It takes full advantage of the index system for evaluating the quality of classroom teaching in Higher Vocational College, and reflects the reform and the development rules and characteristics, teaching method etc.. Evaluation method in this paper can also be used for makingeconomic and engineering problems related to living in other areas, has the feasibility, strong portability and scalability.
