| With the change of the society, the teenager’s crime rate is increasing year by year,so the students’ legal concept needs to be strengthened. To achieve this goal, thestudents’ legal quality should be improved, because it’s quite important for the minorteenagers. China has undergone five five-year popularization of legal education, whichgained some achievements and experiences, but some problems still exist, especially theissue of the cultivation of the junior school students’ legal quality in ideological andmoral lesson. It mainly embodies the students’ low law knowledge level, the absence oflegal concept, problems in teaching designing, and the outdated teaching method. Tocover the shortage, the teacher must raise the students’ legal concepts, such as autonomy,self-discipline, self confidence, and self-reliance. Before having classes, the teachershould make teaching plans according to concrete aims, basic concept of teaching,curriculum, the features of the students and the multi-evaluation of the teaching effect.In the classroom, the teacher can inspire the students’ learning interest in legalknowledge by the teaching methods, such as discussion, debate, situation, etc, toeffectively raise the students’ legal quality. But in the process, the teacher should makecombination of legal education and moral education, teacher’s guidance and student’sself-education, classroom education and social practice, cultivation of legal concept andstandardization of daily behavior. In this way, the function of legal education can bestrengthened by ideological and moral lesson, which will further prompt the legalquality cultivation of the junior students. |
