Classroom is the front of teaching and the main platform where teachers impartknowledge and educate students. It is also the field where students grow up and a placewhere they study. In the teaching process, behavior problems occur frequently in class.In the teaching practice of rural senior high school, this phenomenon is especiallyoutstanding.The majority of parents of students in rural senior high school receive pooreducation, but they have high expectations for their kids. They hope their children willbe admitted to ideal Universities after the study in senior high schools and then get arespectable job and achieve success in career to realize the dreams they neveraccomplished. To meet the desire of the parents, improving promotion rate is still themain goal the schools there. However, rural senior high schools are set in rural areas,due to its restrict of geographical location and the source of students and other factorsalike,behavior problems in class become the leading factor that affects the teaching andeducation quality.In order to make clear the current situation of behavior problems in class in therural senior high schools, seek the causes, and put forward the effective solutions tothe problems,Methods like questionnaires, interviewing and talking, and documentsstudying are adopted to investigate the performance and the causes of behaviorproblems in class, and teachers’ measures to cope with the problems in senior highschools. An analysis is made on the basis of the survey as follows:Behavior problems inclass are very severe. The causes are complex. Students, teachers, family, society andschool environment are all the factors involved. Some teachers tackle the problemspositively, and others passively.In view of the specific characteristics of students’ behavior problems in class inrural senior high schools, this article presents the basic principles for the management ofthe behavior problems. Meanwhile, it points out the prevention strategy,the controlstrategy and the change strategy for dealing with the behavior problems in class.Finally, several issues that should be paid attention to are pointed out to tackle thebehavior problems in class in rural senior high schools.
