With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the classroom teaching structure and teaching subjects have changed,which has led to the difficulty of classroom behavior management.In the high school classroom teaching,the special stage of high school students determines the differences in the emotional and behavioral performance of some students.They often appear in the classroom to ignore classroom discipline and even interfere with the normal classroom teaching order.These behaviors make the high school teachers spear in the process of improving the teaching quality and managing the classroom behavior.Shield.It is particularly important to find out the causes of problems and give corresponding strategies for the investigation and study of classroom behavior management of senior high school students.This study uses interview,questionnaire investigation to understand the current situation of classroom behavior management of Y high school students and teachers in a county,and conducts questionnaires and interviews from four aspects of management consciousness,management mode,management strategy and management effect.The following problems:high school students' self-management awareness of classroom behavior is weak,teacher management consciousness is poor in teaching age and individual students;teacher classroom management mode is partial to compulsory,language too strict to make students easy to produce negative psychology,not conducive to the development of students,but also unfavorable to student management;teacher classroom management strategies have passed.In a single way,long term traditional education makes teachers use more"negative strengthening" strategy in management strategy.The single strategy makes students feel boring,and the effect of teacher's classroom management can not meet the requirements of the overall development of the students and the best effect of management.According to the actual problems existing in the classroom behavior of high school students,the following suggestions are put forward in the light of the relevant investigation,the behavior management of high school class and the actual problems of the four dimensions.The following suggestions are put forward:first,to improve teachers' attention to classroom management,to stimulate students' self-management consciousness,and two to improve the traditional way of classroom management to improve Teaching effect;three,using effective management strategies to create a good classroom atmosphere;four,strengthen classroom management to enhance management effectiveness.
