The classroom problem behavior is common in senior high school students, which not onlyhas effect on the other classmates, but also the teachers, consequently, the teaching quality islowered. Hereby, how to effectively manage the classroom problem behavior is significant to theeducational reform.This paper mainly emphasizes on studying the classroom problem behavior of senior highschool students. This paper first introduces the concept, the expression and the influences to theteaching of classroom problem behavior, then, this paper comprehensively investigates andanalyzes the classroom problem behavior through the interview of the students and the teaches aswell as the questionnaire survey. The results are listed as follows:1. the classroom problembehavior is closely bound up with society, family, school, teacher and students;2. the classroomproblem behaviors in different grades have differences, hence, it needs to be coped with bydifferent approaches;3. the classroom problem behavior has been divided into two types by thepersonalities and characteristics of students, including explicit behavior and implicit behavior; theexplicit behavior is common, while the implicit behavior is invisibility and is easily to be ignoredby the teachers, so the implicit behavior is of great harmfulness;4. the teachers should havedifferent approaches which is suitable for classroom management and problem behavior to copewith different classroom problem behaviors, then, the problem that classroom problem behaviorhas influence on teaching is effectively solved and its incidence in the classroom is lowered.This paper finally proposes management and solution suggestions to classroom problembehavior by prevention before the event, controlling in the event and remediation after the eventbased on its occurrence reason and characteristics, and the suggestions include1. the teacher isrequired to improve occupational qualities and have strong dedication;2. Set up good relationsbetween students and teachers;3. Cultivate self-control of students;4. keep in touch with schoolsand families;5. restrain the problem behavior;6. encourage and guide students to motivate;7. keepstrictly the rules for reward and punishment for students;8. sign classroom behavior agreementbetween teachers and students;9.increase students’ interest in learning by guidance andencouragement.Hope the investigation analysis and suggestions proposed in this paper may be conductive toset up good relations between students and teachers, improve the learning initiative of students andteaching quality, as well as the research and innovation of classroom management mode.
