The Universiade is a comprehensive sports meeting, it is one of the importantaspects of college physical education, but also reflect the students’ physical condition,mental outlook of the big event, is the work of PE in University and College PhysicalEducation Teaching in a comprehensive review. As a200m player to get excellentsport achievement, must have a stronger physical fitness and better technology, itsphysical characteristics are100m and400m project and the best combination, by usingthe best technology, reasonable distribution of physical fitness, achieve excellentsports performance.The movement result obtained, physical fitness is access to athletic performancebased, players in the game to play directly influence the outcome of a race, throughphysical training, use of various effective ways and means, reconstruction of bodyshape, physical function improvement, development of sports quality, so as toimprove the athletic performance. Therefore, in the second College Students Gamesof Gansu province B group200m players’ physical fitness of college students in GansuProvince, can sprint training and selection provides the theoretical support of collegesand universities in Gansu Province, so as to promote the level of track and fieldcompetition to provide reference.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview,mathematical statistics, logical analysis, measurement, to participate in the Gansuprovince of the second Universiade in group B, male, female200m athletes physicalfitness as the object of study, to participate in the Gansu province of the secondUniversiade in group B,200m players and coaches as investigation object. Onphysical fitness and sports performance are studied the relation between the physicaland athletic level, find out the influence factors, and put forward the developmentof200m projects and training strategy:1. Attaches great importance to physical fitness and special physical training,making scientific physical training programme.2. Scientific selection and training, and improve athletes’ body shape andfunction 3. Moderate increases in physical training time and proportion, reasonablecollocation4. Innovation of physical training methods and means, improving training effect5. Increased physical training load, accomplish accurate diagnosis andreasonable application6. Attach importance to the training of athletes’ psychology, to maximizephysical performance7. The effective use of physical recovery means and methods, timely adjustIn view of existing problems, put forward the following suggestions:1. Strengthen science of athlete selection standard, build up the talent pool,actively implement the "going out" strategy, priority for "large" and" shape" athletesscientific training, to conform to the trend of development of modern track and fieldsports, increase scientific selection and scientific training strength, make colleges anduniversities in Gansu Province in group B, the healthy and orderly developmentof200m projects.2. Enhancing athletes’ body function training, scientific and reasonablearrangement of athletes’ physical training and special training, use of physical trainingeffects to promote the comprehensive improvement of athletes’ physical function.3. Understanding the characteristics of200m projects, attention in training loadweight and small load weight combination, pay attention to the fast strength andendurance of strength the combination, increase strength endurance training, distancetraining time and training time. At the same time, strengthen the200m item specialquality awareness, strengthen the training of special strength training, can use bigstrength, fewer, fast frequency training method, can also be used for medium or smallstrength and number of training method, so as to improve the athletes’ lower limbsstrength.4. Training to the reasonable arrangement of general physical fitness training andcomprehensive training proportion, from theoretic undertake mining, examine inpractice training theory is correct or not. Strengthen the training of athletes’psychology, simulated training and competition law, from time to time, frequency, andintensity strengthening the comprehensive physical training, improve the comprehensive physical fitness of athletes.5. To strengthen the communication between the learning coach, regular physicaltraining classes for coaches, hired well-known domestic and foreign experts to lecture,selected to the national team coaches and team learning, in order to improve the levelof physical fitness training of coaches. It is the use of" please come in, going out"learning strategies, from the Gansu province university ’s interests, promote the GansuProvince universities B group200m project sustainable healthy development.6. Strengthen the training motivation and its value of education, guide the playerto set up the correct outlook on life and values, establish for school credit, despite thedifficulties and the courage to fight the sublime ideal. The athletes’ Moral Cultivationand cultural quality and the level of training to improve synchronization.7. Increase the facilities funds investment, expand the facilities funds originchannel, mutiple level, much channel by means of the social force, give full play tothe resource advantage of colleges and universities in Gansu Province, take the roadof diversified development. At the same time, the existing field equipment for repair,strengthening the field equipment management, training equipment on the site bymaking innovative use.
