Physical fitness is the basic sports ability of the body's various organs systems in sports activities.Nowadays,the physical fitness level of ordinary college students is decreases.In view of the situation that the physical ability of the college students in our country is declining continuously,this paper carried out the resistance training intervention for 12 weeks on the college students,and discuss the feasibility of the physical fitness intervention mode of the resistance training in the college students' public physical class,and provide a new approach and theoretical basis for improving the physical ability of college students.In this paper,methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics are adopted.30 undergraduate students in University of China University of Petroleum(East China)grade 2014 were sele cted as experimental subjects,among them,the experimental group and the control group was 15 peoples in each group.The experimental period was 12 weeks.Physical performance related indexes of the experimental group and the control group were tested.SPSS analysis software was used to perform statistical analysis of the indicators before and after the experiment,to explore the effect of resistance training on physical fitness intervention of college students.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Resistance training can greatly increase weight,protein,muscle content,skeletal muscle of college students.There are extremely significant differences before and after the experiment,and significant difference in moisture content and BMI index.In particular,it has a significant effect on improving the imbalance of muscle content and fat content in the left and right upper limbs(lower limbs)of college students.The increase in the weak side of the left and right upper limbs(lower limbs)is significantly greater than that of the strong side.(2)Resistance training can improve the vital capacity of college students,and there are extremely significant differences before and after the experiment.At the same time,it can reduce the heart rate,systolic and diastolic pressure in resting state,and enhance myocardial ability,while there is no significant difference.And then cardiovascular system of college students can be improved.(3)Resistance training can effectively improve the results of college students in 50-meter dash,standing long jump and 1000-metre race.Different from previous studies,resistance training has significantly improved endurance quality while improving strength quality.Especially before and after the experiment,the results of 1000-metre race test showed a very significant difference.(4)Resistance training can effectively improve the muscle strength of each part of the college students(1RM),and promote the comprehensive development of muscle strength of their body(chest,back,leg and other muscles).However,the improvement of the chest muscle group 1RM was significantly less than that of the back and leg muscle group 1RM during the pre-test to the mid-tes and the mid-test to the post-test.(5)Resistance training can effectively improve the basic metabolic rate of college students and enhance the level of energy metabolism in the basic state.(6)Resistance training can adjust and improve the fat content of ordinary college students in order to enhance the energy reserve of the human body.Different from previous studies,college students increased muscle strength while not reducing fat after 12 weeks of training,which indicate the muscle and fat content increased simultaneously in the period of resistance training intervention.(7)The bone quality of college students was effectively improved after the 12-week resistance training intervention.And bone mineral density and bone strength and increased fracture risk coefficient decreased,while there is no significant difference.Thereby improving bone health level.
