With the reform and development of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,the teaching model,as a medium connecting teaching theory and practice,has been paid more and more attention,and the research results of sports experts and scholars on the teaching model also show a trend of increasing year by year.It is imperative to explore new teaching mode in order to meet the practical needs of talents training in colleges and universities.The 5E teaching model consists of 5 teaching links,namely Engagement,Exploration,Explanation,Elaboration and Evaluation.As each link starts with the letter E,So it’s called the 5E model.The characteristics of 5E teaching mode lie in that teachers promote the self-construction of students’ technology and knowledge system by means of guidance,inspiration and concept interpenetration,so as to improve the original teaching mode and meet the requirements of college physical education reform.This study introduces the 5E teaching mode into the aerobics special teaching in colleges and universities,and tries to fill the gap of the 5E teaching mode in the aerobics special teaching in colleges and universities,aiming to explore the nature and rules of the 5E teaching mode,and pave the way for the further extension of the mode in physical education.This study adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and experimental methods to conduct experimental research on the application effect of 5E teaching mode in the special teaching of aerobics in colleges and universities.50 undergraduate students of calisthenics of Grade 2020 in Shandong University of Physical Education were selected as the experimental subjects.The experiment lasted for 12 weeks(48 credit hours).The purpose of the study was to verify the teaching effect of 5E teaching mode,and the conclusions were as follows:1.The special teaching program of aerobics in colleges and universities designed based on the 5E teaching mode is feasible,operable and effective.2.After 48 hours of teaching,the strength quality(standing long jump),agility quality(cross quadrant jump)and endurance quality(800/1000m)of the experimental class have significant effects in the comparison of the experimental class within the group,but there is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class.It shows that both 5E teaching mode and traditional teaching mode can have a certain impact on students’ physical quality.3.From aerobics special grade.After the experiment that in comparative classes and experimental classes of special grade has a corresponding increase,but the increase is greater than that in comparative classes,classes,and after the experiment two classes is very significant difference,that 5 e teaching model is better than the traditional teaching mode has a significant role to improve aerobics special scores.4.Aerobics special teaching based on 5E teaching model can effectively improve students’ interest in aerobics learning,motivation for aerobics learning and independent learning ability of aerobics.After the end of the teaching experiment,it was found that there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the three aspects of learning interest,motivation and independent learning ability of calisthenics,and the scores of the experimental class were higher than those of the control class,which fully reflected the effect of 5E teaching mode in the special teaching of calisthenics in colleges and universities.In view of the problems and deficiencies in the implementation of teachers,the following suggestions are put forward:1.This study applies 5E teaching mode to aerobics special teaching in colleges and universities.After the experiment,it is found that students’ interest in aerobics learning,motivation for aerobics learning,independent learning ability of aerobics and special results have been significantly improved,and it is suggested that this mode should be rapidly promoted to physical education teaching in colleges and universities.In the implementation of 5E teaching mode,it is found that a single teaching mode is difficult to meet the needs of teaching.It is suggested that the implementation of 5E teaching mode should be appropriately combined with other teaching modes,so as to achieve the coordinated development of 5E teaching mode as the main teaching mode and other teaching modes as the auxiliary teaching mode.2.Due to the influence of many factors in this study,the teaching experiment time was short and the sample size was less selected,which also had a certain influence on the results of this study.Therefore,it is suggested to appropriately expand the number of samples and extend the teaching hours in the follow-up research to make the research results more accurate.3.It is suggested that teachers should flexibly design the teaching plan when implementing the model,and there are five stages of using the 5E teaching model in a different way.At the same time,it is suggested that teachers run through the core concept of 5E teaching mode to create an active classroom atmosphere,so that students can give full play to their subjective initiative,and for students who lack self-control,it is suggested that teachers further strengthen their own leadership.4.Due to the short time of this teaching experiment and the simple communication platform(napping)established before class,students’ access to resources is not comprehensive enough.Therefore,it is suggested that educators can choose a larger platform to build classes,expand the scope of students’ knowledge,so that students have more choices for the acquisition of learning resources. |
