In recent years, with China’s normal colleges graduates increasing, the noviceteachers have become the important part of secondary school teachers. Pay moreattention to the novice teachers’ teaching ability cultivation, study the novice teachers’teaching level deeply, and develop suitable teaching ability cultivating mechanism fornovice teachers according to the common problems in teaching ability, continueinnovating and enrich the ways of training for novice teachers, reform the existingmethod of novice teachers education training system, so that the novice teachers’training work will improves in a scientific, systematic, professional directions. It is ofgreat significance and practical value to promote our country middle school teachers’overall quality and improve the quality of teaching in secondary schools.This article takes the Anhui province Fuyang City Bureau of education forordinary middle school novice teacher training work in Anhui Province as an example,in-depth urban area of Fuyang city in the middle school on the basis of survey, makethe teachers’ teaching ability training theory as a guide, the author made the relatedresearch about the position and the role of the Fuyang local education authorities,schools, fresh teachers in the new teachers’ teaching ability training and trainingoutcomes.In the study, the author selected19general secondary schools in Fuyang foractual investigation. Preliminary understanding of Fuyang City secondary noviceteachers teaching ability and training of the status quo, further analysis of the mainproblems and reasons for teaching ability and training of novice teachers in generalsecondary schools in Fuyang City, Finally, for all the problems mentioned above, theauthor put forward the countermeasures and principles that we should take in thetraining. It is helpful to promote the professional development of teachers in secondaryschools in China management and construction work. It will make some meaningfulcontribution to the guidance of how to cultivate a high level of teachers during thereform process of current education, and to provide some references for the newcurriculum from another angle.
