In recent years, material life level has been constantly improved in the condition of the rapid development of economy. Promote people to pay more attention to their health. Fitness clubs also flourish in such a social environment. The East and West cultural integration, Chinese Tai Chi, Qigong traditional fitness elements were introduced into the west and the western concepts of fitness have affected our country along with the deepening of reform and opening up. Especially the core stability training, which has become the focus of the coaches, athletes and the sports field. It belongs to the field of rehabilitation through solid, spine, pelvis and hip in order to achieve the purpose of the injury rehabilitation. And it has been widely used in many fields of sports, fitness, exercise because of its good effect has been verified.More and more physical training experts, coaches recognized it as an important part of physical training. The core stability training stabilize and support all the body posture, special skill, movement skill and physical qualities. It is different from the traditional physical training. The reason is that it focus on training the human torso. This training system not only makes up for the disadvantages in the sensitivity, balance, coordination of human movement training, but also it is better to train the muscle strength, skill action and nervous system than that of the latter. For the human body, it is benefits to upright posture, enhance the stability, prevent of injury, improve the quality movement and so on if enhanceing the strength of trunk. Many studies show that:many athletes in varying degrees have improved their athletic performance through useing the core stability training. Nowdays, the training system has been expanded to all kinds of sports training. As one falls, physical training scholars, experts and coaches in China and abroad study the influnce of the core stability training on human body in various sports quality. However, there is little research on the trunk strength training and it is seldom studied that the core stability training on the effect of spine. In order to benefit more people, the article through the way of recruitment selected40college students from Taiyuan University of Technology with the symptoms of hunchback, nutritional status and without a family history as the research object, including20boys,20girls.40college students can be divided into the male group, female group, each20and before the experiment according to the target for testing and inspection data. Two groups of subjects can be divided into male experimental group, male control group, both groups have no significant difference test index of the two groups of subjects and female experimental group, female control group, both groups have no significant difference test index of the two groups of subjects. All the subjects were asked to "sign a form" to understand the experimental process and objective. The subjects did not know he was assignde to the experimental group or the control group because we use the single blind method during the experiment.Research methods:This article adopts the experimental method and method of literature, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, and so on.(1) the ways to exercise:the experimental group subjects participate in the core stability training for16weeks under the leadership of the professional teachers,3times a week,1hours each time.At the same time, the control group was given the traditional waist abdomen strength training.(2) index tests:①using the metric scale, weight measuring instrument to test subjects’s height, weight;②using the metric scale, stopwatch to test subjects’s strength, speed, endurance, balance, agility and other physical quality indexes;③to obtain the cervical curvature using benchmarking and ruler.(3) statistical analysis:the data carefully checked, after confirmation, the SPSS16.0descriptive statistics, all of the data that statistical. Using paired T test to determine significant differences, when P<0.05judged to be significantly different, when P<0.01judged as a very significant difference. Every group of data is showed by average add and subtract standard deviation (x±S).The main research conclusions are as follows:1Sit and reach,50-metre race, the women’s800-metre run or men’s1000-metre race, quadrant jump, sit ups, standing long jump, medicine ball throwing with both hands from behind, single foot stand on the pedal with eyes closed are the important indexes to reflect the strength of trunk. We can see from the experimental results that some of indexes appear significant change. It is obvious that the development of core stability training is more conducive to the development of hunchbacked students’ speed, endurance, agility, balance, and other body qualities compared with the traditional waist abdomen strength training. But the change of the medicine ball throwing with both hands from behind explain that the core stability training has very small or no impact on the explosive force.2The experimental results show that the core stability training is more conducive to the development of ordinary hunchbacked college students’ height, compaired with the traditional waist abdomen strength training. However, It has very small or no impact on the weight of college hunchbacked students.3The coordinated development of large or small trunk muscles contribute to the spinal stability and supporting. Avoiding the curvature of the spine effectively. The experimental results show that the core stability training has more influence on reducing neck bending. Correct the hunchback effectively. But due to time constraints, the selection of experimental subjects, the purpose of this article is to preliminary study on the effect of core stability training on hunchback, not an in-depth study of the correction of kyphosis.
