Entrance examination in PE as an important part of national ordinary college entrance exam to selectprofessionals, it is also an important way of promoting the physical education teachers training selection.Entrance examination in PE is part of our country sports reserve talented person, high school stage oflearning and training is the important stage of the talent training. It is increase of Shandong PEexaminees in recent years, But the quality of students is in terms of physical and cultural achievementshave declined.Based on the status of the ordinary high school PE examinees’ studies and training present situationin Shandong province as the research object by the method of documentation, questionnaireinvestigation and mathematical statisticts, Come to the conclusion:1The PE examinees that surveyed are boys than girls that is mainly affected by family and theteachers or want the training for a year to take part in Entrance examination in PE, Affected by the leveltest score most people choose to table tennis, martial arts as a special, Utilitarianism is stronger for this.The physical teachers make the training plan by collective training and group training for1to2hours oftraining in afternoon everyday. PE examinees survive in the situation of the sports injury. It is going tohave an impact for training and improvement. The survey found that the majority of PE examinees’culture grade are below400points. They are not interest in cultural learning. The majority of them,without learning plan. Their learning motivation is to pass the entrance examination in PE to college.And most of the students are more inclined to culture study in sports class.2The ordinary high school teachers surveyed is given priority to with female teachers and they aretowards younger age. It plays a negative role in the PE examinees’ culture learning that their degreestructure, title structurer, low level of scientific research and Less charge fixed number of year teaching.Their heavy teaching work and energy shortage influence teachers’ scientific research level. Theirmanagement is not strict and are lack of concern. They are all effect culture grades of PE examinees.3Most of physical teachers surveyed are men, and they showed a trend of getting younger over theage. Physical education teachers in line with the special structure and the sports college entranceexamination test consistent; The degree structure, professional structure, the reasonable title structure ofthe physical teachers and their training of higher concentration play an active role in Sports training forstudents. But their heavy teaching tasks influences the scientific research level. The physical educationteachers are lack in the rich experience of exercise training, the passived training and the physicalteachers’ care are not enough. They are all influence the improvement of PE examinees’ grades.4The survey found that it is lack of ball field for ordinary high school. Many of them are not conformto the standard. And some are less of indoor facilities. High schools is not high value degree for PEexaminee and The management of school is flabby. The welfare is not high of culture teachers andphysical teachers. Parents are more support on PE examinees’ training. But the communication amongparents and physical teachers is not more. It is fail to understand problems that exist in the studentslearning and training in time. PE examinees have more pressure. But the physical teachers and cultureteachers don’t pay much attention to students’ psychological counseling, and the students’ dietarynutrition intake is generally poor.5On the importance of the training and culture learning, physical teachers and cultural teachers thinkthat it is the same important on culture learning and sports training for PE examinees. But PE examineesare more value on sports training. It put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the actual situation of PE examinees:To understand the recruitment work of sports Professional, to be familiar with content and standard ofprofessional testing; According to the special characteristics of different gender sports teacher trainingarrangements,to improve the physical teachers’ ability in teacher resource and the capacity for scientificresearch,to improve the ability of physical teachers’ training guidance; To stimulate the students’interest of sports activity. Increase the fixed number of years of the training, To choose specialtechnology of sport reasonably; To improve the culture teachers’ ability in teacher resource and thecapacity for scientific research, Accord the actual situation to arrange the teaching; To change theconcept of PE examinees’ culture learning, stimulate students’ learning motivation, to improve thestudents’ enthusiasm; High school is great importance to PE examinee’s attention, and improve studentsmanagement system, to improve the facilities of learning and training; To establish a variety of contact,and to strengthen the contact between parents and culture teachers and physical teachers; To strengthenthe consciousness of sports injury prevention and attaches great importance to the diet nutrition andpsychological education; Hope to improve PE examinee’s sports ability and culture grade,and toimprove the quality of students, as to transport more professional sports talents for colleges anduniversities.
