High school grade school teaching and research section management is one of themost important management work. Objectives management is a new rise in recentyears, the management idea, which in essence belongs to a kind of incentive method. Itin the ordinary high school grade group management application is not only beneficialto improve school management performance level, is more advantageous to theformation and development of the school goal, and to promote the progress of thewhole school management. In order to improve the efficiency of management of theschool, many schools in teaching and research section management to seek objectivesmanagement method, and in practice to a wide range of applications.The introduction of this paper introduces the significance and the necessity of theresearch, and at the same time, summarized the domestic and foreign related researchliterature. The second chapter on the objectives management concept and meaningwere introduced, analyzed the development trend of the objectives management theory.In the theory premise, the third chapter to the fifth chapter to Shaoguan railway firstmiddle school high school grade group objectives management present situation, thereason of present problem, operation strategy are analyzed. The last chapter is theconclusion.This paper is the main point of:(1) the current influence Shaoguan railway firstmiddle school objectives management lies in the main ideas lags behind, objectivesmanagement goal setting is not reasonable, target formulation process’s lack ofdemocracy, target implementation lack of management and target assessment system isnot perfect enough, etc;(2) the first middle school Shaoguan railway objectivesmanagement problems of graduation rates are the main reasons why the criteria ofassessment of a guide to goal setting not science, system decomposition no refining in place, the foundation work is not solid, the influence of the traditional managementsystem;(3) strengthen the Shaoguan railway first middle school objectivesmanagement countermeasures mainly is to strengthen training and technicalpreparation, establish communication and feedback mechanism, perfecting theincentive and constraint mechanism and set up a scientific and rational evaluationsystem, etc.
