Educationaltechnology summer school is help to provide thinking logic or develop thinking course,Which make outstanding graduate students to get greater improvement and to be thetop-notch innovative interdisciplinary talents. But due to the summer school is foundedis not long and lack of experience as well as the certain disparity, between subjects,and curriculum standards,which restrianing the development process as well asbecoming a important factors influences on the summer school programs and talentdevelopment Therefore, the status of the implementation for educational technology insummer school teaching organization is need to be sloved urgently.Based on the research of educational technology in recent three years summerschool student satisfaction survey and the implementation of specific teaching case of“education technology research and analysis” in2011Peking University summerschool, by using the method of questionnaire, the teacher individual interviews,classroom observation targeted to grasp and understand the present situation ofeducational technology summer school teaching, then combined with an analysis ofthe classroom case, teaching quality network teaching platform, application and effectof summer school education technology quality talent initiatives and evaluation threeaspects comprehensively summed up the implementation of advantages anddisadvantages of education technology summer school teaching organization,whichconstructs an open innovation network teaching thought mode and a multilineageregenerative cycle system features which helps to solve the personnel training,resources construction, project development and construction of" three-in-one lead--extended virtual network school" construction plan.
