With the development of network technology and the manifestations of constantlyupdated, the blog as a kind of cultural phenomenon of network attracts more and morecollege students of all ages, impacts the change of their mind and behavioral patternsilently, and brings new challenge of the ideological and political education. In fact, theblog is the carriers and tools of Ideological and political education. It has vital significanceto the development of ideological and political education, how to educate college studentsin the field of blog, give full play to the function of blog’s carrier of ideological andpolitical education.In this study, comprehensive use of literature analysis, participant observation method,questionnaire investigation and case analysis and some other research methods. It startsfrom the analysis of the concept of blog, briefly introduces the origin and development ofblog, and then discusses the blog’s classification, characteristics, basic functions and rolesin the college students. In the course of the study, mainly select Inner Mongolia Universityof Science and Technology’s students as samples, using the questionnaire survey ofcollege students on blog service situation and their blog behavior characteristics. Theauthor comprehensive survey results and detailed analysis of college’s blog content onblog site, from moral cognition, moral emotion, moral will and moral behavior, four levelsdiscussed the influence of blog on College Students’ moral behavior and the reasons ofmoral misconduct, and puts forward the related countermeasures of moral construction.Fritz Heider said that for a person’s behavior there must be reasons for his decision, itcomes from the external environment, or it is determined by the subjective conditions. Thereason of the moral anomie of students in blog field, in prime, can be divided intosubjective reasons and objective reasons. For the subjective reasons, are specificallymanifested in: not familiar with blog and the behavior of themselves in the blog field, lackof personal moral training, psychological disorders and lack of ability to control theirbehaviors, and so on. Objective reasons are mainly concentrated in the influence of themedia, lack of supervision on education, the existence of moral behavior negative of socialmoral environment and backward legislation of blog.In order to guide students to use blog orderly,under the guidance of adhering to theprinciple of the combination of education and self-education, guidance and interactivity,dredging and matched with the guide combination collage can put forward the corresponding strategy of moral construction. So that collage can cultivate collegestudents’ self-discipline consciousness of blog, strengthen college students’ media qualityeducation. The blog site has to strengthen supervision and technical review, so as tomaintain social fairness and justice. Colleges and universities should pay attention to thecampus network culture propaganda and construction, and optimize the work team ofideological and political education. The government should improve the relevantlegislation, clarify tort liability in blog field and strict enforcement of the law. All of theseare in order to prevent and cure morality behavior of college students in blog field,construct the moral order of students in blog field and strengthen the pertinence andeffectiveness of ideological and political education in network domain.
