Thus thenumber of universities which begin to open art courses is increasing. It is best not onlyfor promoting the construction of campus culture of the institutions of higher learning,but also for increasing the comprehensive strength and education level. The art collegestudents of comprehensive university as a new group are gradually formed scale, but it’srarely to research on the art college students’ ideological and political education in thetargeted horizontal classification-comprehensive university. Therefore, for thecomprehensive university, it’s a system and challenging job to training the artistic talentswho are both excellent in moral and artistic.The so-called comprehensive art university students refer to students specializing inart in comprehensive colleges. Most of them have neither expertise, nor cultural qualities.They typically lack of knowledge and training, so that they have to survive difficultly inan awkward position. As a result, studying the ideological and political education of suchcollege students will help improve pertinence of the education, enhance the effectiveness,and explore the regularity.
