In recent years, the teaching effects ofpublic pedagogy is a hot topic, which acquires the attention and discussion of individuals, butcompared with the new curriculum requirement, the performing results of higher teacherpublic pedagogy is not satisfactory. The hope of revitalization of the nation lies in education,and the hope of the revitalization of education lies crucially in teachers, higher teachereducation is just the cradle to train primary and secondary school teachers, which putsforward higher and more stringent requirements to the aspect of training the professionalqualities of future teachers.As the required courses of public pedagogy of this profession, itmust start from the teaching quality to improve teaching effectiveness,and make efforts forthe construction of high-level normal colleges.The teaching effect is to complete the effective learning teaching, it give full play to thestudents’ subjective, respect students’ interest, inspire the students’ thinking, the influence ofthe heart to give students touch, promoting students in practice experience, update theirknowledge, broaden its theoretical horizon, the reason that the whole to give students thechallenge of life, and urges the interest in personality, knowledge, intelligence, ability, and theimproved. In short, the effectiveness of the teaching effect is reflected in the students’knowledge, ability and interest, etc to improve and ascension.Teachers’ professional attitude is the recognition、evaluation and behavioral tendency to particularobject according to certain professional consciousness. Teachers’ professional attitude is the power systemof their work, it has a direct bearing on whether the teachers are willing to stay in the teaching profession aswell as education initiative. In this study the mentioned in teachers’ professional attitude Angle fromstudents to evaluate teachers professional attitude, also is in the specific teaching environment apperceivedby a high school student to teacher taught the course of professional cognition, emotion and professionalbehavior intention Previous studies from outside influence factors more to discuss teachers’ teaching effectand puts forward some countermeasures, and this research is starting from the teachersthemselves in a wide range of teachers’ professional attitude and access to summarize theteaching effect of related literature based on the questionnaire survey research methods, thesurvey analysis in normal college of public pedagogy teacher’s professional attitude on theimpact of the teaching effect. Through the questionnaire were preliminary statistics to thelimitation of the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview with again, and then bydescribe statistical analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysisto investigate normal public education class teachers’ professional attitude and the presentsituation of the teaching effect, make clear professional attitude each factor to the teachingeffect of various factors effect. The results were as follows:1、Public education teacher’s professional attitude in good condition overall, includingteachers’ professional cognition best, teachers’ professional emotion is the second smallest,and teachers’ behavior intention situation compared before both a little worse for some.2、.Public education class the teaching effect overall good condition, of which theteaching effect of public pedagogy students in the class of the interest in the highest, and thesecond is for the general condition of mastering the knowledge, compared with before bothfor, the analysis of the students and the ability to solve practical problems is a bit poor some.3、Public education teacher’s professional attitude at the main factors and the mainfactors of teaching effect is very significant positive correlation. Most teachers professionalcognition, emotion and behavioral intentions are professional to teaching effect all mainfactors have different degree of influence.Aiming at the above problems, through the improvement of teachers’ professionalattitude to Improve the teaching effect:1, Establish correct professional cognition; build the teaching idea of keeping pace withThe Times To promote students’ learning knowledge;Construct the teacher innovationconsciousness training the students’ learning ability. 2, Develop positive professional emotion; Pour into teachers’ emotional improvestudents’ ability development; To establish the harmonious relationship between teachers andstudents to inspire the students’ interest in study; Create a good mood regulation classatmosphere to mobilize students’ learning motivation.3, Clear teacher behavior intentions; Scientific design teaching time tohelp students tomaster the knowledge;Rational planning to improve the students’ classroom questioninganalysis ability.
