Job-burnout is a exhaustion state of both physical and psychological, it is the negative results when people can not properly cope with occupational stress. Teacher has always been the group that under high risk of job-burnout, and senior school teachers face even more pressure because that they shoulder the responsibility of helping students pass the college entrance exam. Teacher is one of the basic factors of the education system, he is the organizer and guide of education, and play a dominant role in the educational process. Teachers'job-burnout will not only jeopardize their personal health and development, but also spread to the entire education system, endanger the health of students and hinder the smooth development and conduction of education.Teachers'professional attitude is the recognition,evaluation and behavioral tendency to particular object according to certain professional consciousness. Teachers'professional attitude is the power system of their work, it has a direct bearing on whether the teachers are willing to stay in the teaching profession as well as education initiative. Teachers who have different professional attitudes will take different coping styles when facing pressure.Past researchs about teachers'job-burnout are mostly discussing the effect of environmental factors, this study focus on the teachers themselves, on the basic of reading and summarizing relevant literature, use questionnaires to analyze the professional attitude and job-burnt of the current high school teachers. After preliminary analysis of questionnaires, interview teachers, and then uses SPSS16.0 statistical software for structural validity analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis about the data to investigate the professional attitude of senior high school teachers, and also their job-burnout status ,find out the influence of teachers'attitude on their job-burnout. The results are as follows:1. High school teachers'professional attitude is generally good, but there are still lsome questions: professional expectation is unreasonable; professional identity needs to be improved; lack of self-observation, evaluation and self-control capabilities; lack of reasonable career planning.2. High school teachers have not yet fallen into the abyss of burnout, but the emotional and personal accomplishment of work are under a marked tendency of burnout. 3. High school teachers'professional attitudes and their job-burnout is significantly related: the professional values significantly influence emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and self-fulfillment has; professional feelings significantly influence depersonalization; professional psychological tendency significantly influence emotional exhaustion and self-achievement.Aiming at the above problems, proposed recommendations on how to ease teachers'job-burnout by improving their professional attitude:1. Establish correct professional values: build reasonable career expectations; build solid professional identity.2. Develop positive professional emotion: Waking up conscious to enjoy the fun of occupation; researching into teaching to enjoy the fun of teaching; building harmonious relationships between teachers and students to enjoy the fun of students'development.3. Develop healthy professional self-awareness: make proper self-observation; make correct self-evaluation.4. Create good professional psychological tendencies: strengthen self-regulation; frame career planning.
