As people life quality rise ceaselessly, in various forms of operation of the fitness club everfount appears in Chinese market, the industry began to flourish. The success of the Beijing Olympic Games to further promote the mass sports development upsurge. Physical fitness has become an important research subject.At present Shijiazhuang fitness industry begun to take shape, as a new industry, how to make it adapt to the economic development, based on the fierce market competition, to adapt to the sports new market demand, ensure a smooth and orderly development, it is an important problem to be solved urgently needed. Shijiazhuang City fitness industry puts forward to develop countermeasure, for Shijiazhuang City fitness industry’s development, Shijiazhuang City People’s scientific fitness, healthy living to provide reference value, for the Shijiazhuang City fitness industry management to provide help, to the competent sports departments to formulate appropriate policies to offer theory to draw lessons from.The main purpose of this study is to meet the Shijiazhuang City People’s scientific fitness, health life demand, and further promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry of Shijiazhuang fitness. This article through to the Shijiazhuang representative of the fitness club, fitness coaches, as well as fitness consumer research, summed up the Shijiazhuang fitness industry currently presents the industry standard is not perfect, the lack of management experience, marketing a single, coach level not higher status, thus put forward the relevant government macroeconomic regulation and control, the introduction of advanced management experience, the development of network marketing the alliance cooperation, improve, coach level such as development strategy. Based on the above situation, this paper using the method of investigation, literature and so on, to study Shijiazhuang City fitness industry’s development, and further improve the Shijiazhuang city health industry market, this thesis can provide Shijiazhuang city health industry management to provide help, to the competent sports departments to formulate appropriate policies to provide a theoretical reference, have very high research value and the value of application.The main content of this paper, taking Shijiazhuang city as the object for the fitness industry, fitness clubs in Shijiazhuang city were investigated on three aspects as follows, first, through the health club management personnel survey, to understand the basic situation of fitness club in Shijiazhuang, such as the scale of operation, operating the project content; second the fitness coach, interview investigation, understand Shijiazhuang City fitness coach ’s basic situation, such as the sex ratio, age range, age, cultural degree, professional level, teaching situation; third, the fitness club’s investigation, understand Shijiazhuang fitness citizen’s basic situation, such as sex, culture degree, ratio of consumer motivation, on the fitness service views.Through empirical investigation and data analysis, summed up the Shijiazhuang City fitness industry manages the current situation, and then put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.The expected results, Shijiazhuang City fitness club business uneven regional distribution, in small clubs in the region is the fitness market mainstream; club founder of shorter length, lack of management experience, management system is not perfect; the facilities are not complete, still need to further enrich, update. Shijiazhuang city health club management open project, to give consumers a wide selection, but less class time, and many women like project; the operating time is caused by unreasonable venues, low utilization rate, increase the club management cost; the club charges are not high, consumers are able to accept, but also reflects the fitness consumption low level; the club advertising strength is insufficient, the method is simple, the lack of effective, multi-channel promotional.Fitness coaches lower cultural level, the overall quality is not high, and the majority of no relevant technical grade certificates, professional and technical level of generally poor. Club of fitness instructor management disorder, neither organization of professional training, business training, no set of related work system and examination measures. This will be on the fitness club coaches certificate, cultural level and professional verification put forward corresponding policy.The club’s main consumer groups, the company is the private owner of white-collar women, full-time wife, and institutions of workers, mostly women; fitness motivation mainly includes:improving health, relieve the pressure, such as weight loss. Effects of membership to participate in a fitness factors include:busy with work, leisure time is not enough, traffic inconvenience, exercise content boring; Shijiazhuang traditional cultural values affect Shijiazhuang people’s consumption behavior and activity characteristics, the people of Shijiazhuang in order to work oriented social consciousness and thrifty value orientation and the modern idea of buying health with money" sports consumer perceptions of dissonance.In view of this Shijiazhuang City fitness industry development is a need to study and solve the important issue, in the final, against Shijiazhuang City fitness industry development and puts forward some innovative ideas and basic measures.
