Research On Cultivation Mode Of Coaches In Anhui Professional&Technical Institute Of Athletics

Anhui Professional&Technical Institute of Athletics is the vocational institute established under special environment. For many years of practice, it has formed the present three orientation:first,"cultivation", it aims to cultivate sports talents to serve the goal of winning in the Olympics and gaining the gold medals in national sports meet. Second,"breeding", it aims to breed the high level sports reserve. Third,"training", it aims to train and cultivate all-round development and high-quality sport personnel with special skills on social sports, sports management and sports industry, and also sports teachers for mass sports and primary and middle schools. These_decide the running-school characteristics:running for athletic training, and the improvement of coach level will limit the survival and development of the institute.This thesis, in the first place, researches the various modes of coach cultivation, both home and abroad, and discusses the basic connotation of coach training according to human resource management theory, that is, scientific direction, clear cultivation goal, open cultivation system, self-adjustment system, and repetitive cultivation process.Secondly, according to the running school orientation, specialty setting and athletic training types of the institute, the paper points out that coaches should be the body of professional and technical personnel of the institute and should be put on the main position in post setting.Thirdly, this paper puts forward the tactics of cultivation modes of the insititute:in the present running-school orientation, the institute should set up the mainstay of the coaches, make clear the direction of training and cultivation, set training goals, establish systems and regulations. On the basis of increasingly promoting the ideological quality and professional morality level, main training work should be done about improving professional ability of coaches through training scientifically, standardly, systematically and efficiently. At the same time, training job should comply with the guiding principles and school-running orientation, boosting the competitiveness and reputation of the institute, and the self-development of the coach career planning.
