The Study On The Employment Factors Of The Private University And The Coping Strategies

The private university not only plays a very indispensable role in the higher education of China but also attaches great importance to the future higher education in china. However, compared with the different conditions for running the universities, the university facilities, university faculties, the social influence and the enterprise recognition, there is surely a certain gap between the private higher education and the public higher education due to the short development history and lack of the schooling experience of the private universities. Therefore, the graduates in the private universities will endure a very high pressure in job-hunting market and also are affected in many parts of the employment fields. So this paper, on a basis of the difficult employment of the graduates in the private colleges, analyzes the reasons from the resulting environment, the graduates and the faculties, then puts forward some measures to solve the difficulties. There are four parts in this paper. The first part is to explain the basic terms involving in this essay. The second part is to list the present employment situation for all the contemporary college students and the difficult job market for the private college students. The third part is mainly to analyze the internal and external reasons for the difficult employment of the graduates in private universities. The forth part is primarily to present the solutions based on the above analysis.The employment situation in private universities maybe has a straight impact on the recruiting the new students in the next year. And the enrollment of the private universities will indirectly restrict the development of the private higher education, which finally will have great effect on the employment of the students. Hopefully, this paper will help the study on the employment for the graduates in private universities.
