After the reform and opening up,education developed rapidly,but with the expansion of colleges and universities in recent years,more and more college graduates,especially the employment difficulties of private colleges and universities,have become more and more prominent.In addition,China's economic weakness has directly impacted the job market in recent years,and private college graduates face the fierce employment competition environment,huge employment pressure and employment challenges.In order to achieve the efficient allocation of resources for college students,the national and provincial government issued a series of college graduates employment policy,mainly including the broadening the employment channels of policy,preferential policies of the self-employed,standardize the order of labor market policy,perfect the policy of employment services,etc.These policies often occur in the employment process of private college graduates.This article used the literature research,questionnaire survey method and interview method,were investigated in Guangdong province 356 graduates of three private colleges,and the three universities JiuYeBan staff interviews,aims to research and analysis of Guangdong private college students employment policy implementation,on the basis of the theory related to the execution process of policy implementation deviation problem,this paper has carried on the system this paper analyses the causes of the problem from three aspects:first,although Guangdong province has introduced related to university students' employment policy,but from the government to the society to the school,all reflect the policy propaganda weaker,policy benefit scope is narrow;Second,because the policy support system is not sound,the employment policy is impeded by the implementation process,and the employment policy cannot be implemented as scheduled.Third,the implementation of policies is insufficient,resulting in the implementation of policies such as self-employment and grassroots employment.In the last part of the article,mainly probes into the countermeasures to solve these problems,thinking from four major aspects: first,strengthening policy propaganda,guide students to grass-roots employment;Second,strengthen the job market environment,establishsound policy measures;Furthermore,efforts should be made to improve government support to ensure a more complete policy system;Finally,we should strengthen comprehensive supervision to ensure policy implementation.Various aspects multi-pronged common policy implementation barriers were subdued,make university students' employment policy to complete and smooth in private colleges of Guangdong province and strive for the university students' employment policy into effect,constantly raise the level of private college students employment of Guangdong province.
