Recently rapid development of private colleges and universities has chance given to many students who had not gone on the university students,which make their university dream come true, and in the severe situation of the current employment, private college graduates employment situation are worried.Therefore, it is profoundly significant that private college students’ employment situation, problems and intervention are studied. It is not only convenient to college which can provide clear direction to college students during four years, is convenient to the students who always adjust learning methods in a timely manner in the learning process, but also convenient to the students who can define their employment goals in employment, and adjust their employment psychology in the course of employment. At the same times, it also improves the employment quality of college students and employment rate of colleges, for the socialist modernization built newer and better vitality. The Pearl River, the Pearl River College of South China Agricultural University as a case, the paper has been collected materials which included statistics of graduate employment for nearly three years, and survey data, and questionnaire that is designed psychological investigation of employment for school junior and senior students. Then the paper has collated, and analyzed and compared the data, so has found that the Pearl River College graduate employment problems, and has put forward the relevant countermeasures to alleviate the problem of employment. After statistical survey, it is found which this college graduate employment has the two major aspects of the graduates themselves. For the college there is a striking contrast, which employment rate of graduates is high while employment satisfaction rate is low; for graduates themselves, there are the existence of employment psychological pressure, and serious anxiety, and the attitude to job confidence and inferiority coexist, and unreasonable value of the employment expectation, and the problem of low rate of employment related professional qualification certificate obtained. In view of these problems, we need to take measures in four aspects, in order to fully and effectively to the employment problem to intervene and solve. Problems in the college level need to start from the government and the college itself, while problems in the graduates themselves, it is required from the students’ parents and students themselves two aspects. 1. That government should play the leading role of the employment service; 2. Colleges actively should carry out targeted employment guidance; 3. The parents of college students should be mobilized to actively focus on College Students’ mental health; 4. The psychological self adjustment of College students should be strengthening.
